Hotel Colonial Blanco

La habitacion que nos asignaron esta en muy malas condiciones, con humedad, muy sucia la pared. No fue una buena experencia. Lo unio bueno es que el sector es muy seguro y central.

This hotel is absolute trash,,,, when I arrived to the hotel, front desk, informed me the the room I paid for in advance was NOT available because they gave it to somebody else,,, Next, they put me in a downgraded room with no windows,,, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.,, the shower head was missing from the shower,,,,, thank goodness the air conditioning worked,,,, but overall this hotel is total garbage.... DO NOT go to this hotel

Well placed in the heart of the old city. Poor conditions but fair for the price. Some issues with the room keys. Another guess had to open the door with the his keys...

I am so upset to see myself being treated like this. The room crazy. This is unacceptable.

Durante mi estancia nunca pude usar el agua caliente en el baño...no funcionó nunca.

Le stanze non sono compatibili con le foto messe a disposizione sul sito.
Nella stanza cadeva acqua dal tetto.
Bagno e dotazioni sanitarie sporche e vecchie.
Dopo aver chiesto di cambiare stanza, non siamo stati accontentati e abbiamo deciso di abbandonare la struttura per troverei un'altra sistemazione.
Sconsigliato, non ci torneremo più.

Excelente ubicación, toda la zona colonial se puede recorrer a pie desde el hotel. Obviamente es un hotel sencillo, pero el personal super amable, y todo limpio, el desayuno sencillo, pero rico, tienen un café y unos sándwiches delis. Calidad precio excelentes

I need a refund, I arrived to the hotel late at night ready to crash and the attendant told us the hotel was overbooked and that we needed to find a different hotel. Which we had to do last minute in walking around comfort which hotels had availability. This is unacceptable, there should be some sort of email communication letting guests know when your booking has to be cancelled, so you can plan accordingly. Please issue a refund!

Tiniest room, no closet, no space for clothes, no windows. Fake photos. No hot water. Bad plumbing. Just don't!
