Ein wunderschöner Ort um runter zu kommen! Unglaublich schön und naturbelassen, wodurch es selbstverständlich mehr Insek

Die Lage war unglaublich schön! Aufwachen im Paradies mit dem Vogelgezwitscher :) Nicht weit bis zum Strat der Wasserfallwsnderung

Cons:

War nicht schlecht für mich aber es sind von der Unterkunft runter ca. 30-40 Minuten in die Stadt. Rückweg wäre dann bergauf.

Ausreichend komfortable Unterkunft mit grandioser Lage in der Natur!
Pros:

Das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Mitten im Nebelwald, mit Aussicht auf das komplette Tal, Tukane und Kolibris kann man vom Balkon aus beobachten. Die perfekte Unterkunft zum entschleunigen und raus aus dem städtischen Leben zu kommen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, kann jedoch leider kein Englisch, die Verständigung hat hat trotzdem gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Lage ist für Frühstück, Abendessen nicht optimal, da man 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi nach Mindo braucht (die Lage ist gleichzeitig jedoch das tolle an der Unterkunft). Für Frühstück und Abendessen gäbe es in der Unterkunft eine Küche.
Mückennetz nur in einem Zimmer.

Hele vriendelijke man die met alles helpt. Mooie vogels in de tuin, prachtige omgeving

Cons:

Buiten zou fijn zijn als er wat betere zitjes waren. En onze deur en badkamerduer waren kapot bij aankomst, maar dit is super goed opgelost door meneer!

Lovely, authentic, and quiet.
Pros:

Sendero de las Aves may not be for everyone -- it is for special people who want a slightly rustic authentic experience and appreciate being close to nature. My bed was very comfortable and the view from the room spectacular. I enjoyed watching the birds which were flying around everywhere and I appreciated being close to hiking trails. The restaurant is at the end of the hill and a little bit of Spanish is helpful to ask everyday when they will be around to make your meals.

Cons:

I appreciated my experience here. You shouldn't open the windows at night as there are no screens, most places don't have screens, but it cools down enough so that it is not uncomfortable in the room.

Remote place outside of town surrounded by nature and birds
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. There is a patio where you can do bird-watching. Free tea/coffee/filtered water available.
Great place to stay if you like to be away from the crowds and enjoy nature.
There's a restaurant next door with good afforfable (vegetarian) meals.

Cons:

There were dirty coffee/teacups on the table of the patio for quite a while.
Wifi is a bit slow/unreliable. But then again, the surroundings are beautiful so it's good to be in the moment more and enjoy the birds.
Be aware the location is remote. It's about a 1hour walk from town, or you can take a taxi.
I stayed in the room below, at the time there were no guests upstairs but it's very noisy as it's all made of wood.

老板很友善，热心，从入住前联系交通及入住后协助配送水果及用餐都很周到，另外还帮忙预约拍鸟行程并且陪伴在侧，需要说明最重点是老板有一个打理得很好的鸟园，并且有很多鸟，值得向朋友推荐的旅社。

Pros:

L’endroit est magnifique. Au réveil, oiseaux-mouches et pélicans étaient au rendez-vous. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. L’hôte était disponible et sympathique. Un plus : le restaurant en arrière de l’hébergement. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon.

Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

My host, the accomodations, the mirador & bird watching were all wonderful!
Pros:

German was very professional, friendly & helpful. He has a lot of knowledge about birds. The accomodations were very nice with a wonderful covered patio/mirador for watching the birds, with a beautiful view of the mountains & valley below.

Genoten!
Pros:

Eigenaar heeft enorme vogelkennis en is super vriendelijk. Accommodatie is basic maar goed en schoon. Het uitzicht fenomenaal. De ochtend starten met zien van al die kleurrijke vogels is bijzonder.

Cons:

Afstand tot Mindo was langer dan verwacht maar prima te doen met een taxi.
