Високи претенции, посредствено качество
Pros:

Просторни стаи и бани.

Cons:

Изключително прехвален хотел. Претенциите не отговарят на реалното качество, което се получава на място.
1. Безумно дълги опашки за вечеря- чакаш по 15мин на опашка, да се добреш до масата с основните ястия. Още 1 маса с десерти и 1 със салати- крайно недостатъчни като разпределение, за да няма струпване на хора. Вечер няма места да се седне- трябва предварително запазване на маса с номер на стая.
2. Изключително малък детски кът- няма въздух в помещението и 15+ деца вътре става пренаселено. Допълнителните дейности се заплащат, без това да е обявено някъде. През седмицата са по 5€, а уикендите, когато има повече хора-8/10€.
3. Занемарени спа части- плочките в парната баня падат. Парапетът на детския басейн се счупи на първия ден от престоя ни и 4 дни не могат да го оправят. При желанието ми да заведа детето в солната стая, се съобщи, че тя се плаща по 5 евро и е с определени часове. Това също не е описано в спа менюто, нито в общата информация за хотела и спа частта.
4. Безумни цени- 6€ минерална вода, 5€ газирана вода 330мл, 5€ фрапе.

Отлична организация,отношение ,качествена местна храна-,огромно разнообразие,големи широки стаи,голяма спалня,чистота на макс и постоянна,качествено и разнообразно спа,всекидневна подмяна на чисти халати,културни и съобразителни гости на хотела,въпреки че беше пълен и имаше доста семейства с деца се усещаше спокойствие и можеш да си релаксираш

Pros:

Great hotel, great spa, great food

Cons:

We arrived earlier and we could check in only at 15.00. But it was ok as we could access the spa area meanwhile. So, all was good.

Pros:

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The spa area is too small for the size of the hotel and it gets crowded. The salt room has to be additionally booked and paid for. And it is funny because it is locked which is not what I expected in a five star hotel. Also they weren't prepared with the room for our stay even though I paid extra while booking because I wanted separated beds. So we had to change rooms.
