Pros:

Loved the facilities and the swimming pool was amazing. It is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The food was very versatile and delicious. I also tried the salt room and it was a very nice experience. Would love to come back again. The personnel was super friendly. There is a cute little library when you enter the swimming pool.

Cons:

It is not that I didn't like, but we could not get any extra tea and coffee in the room. We wanted to eat on one of the evenings at the Sofra restaurant but it was closed.

Pros:

Луксозен хотел, просторен и чист апартамент, всичко необходимо за приятен престой, достатъчно атракции за малки и големи.

Cons:

Рецепционистите бяха груби при настаняването. Прекомерно високи цени и почти всичко се доплаща. Туристическата такса не беше включена в цената, което беше неочаквано за мен.

Спомена от престоя преди 3 години

Cons:

Бях запазила стая с две отделни легла. Настаниха ни в стая с едно двойно легло. С нас имаше и дете, Диванчето не беше оправено. Стаята не беше предварително подготвена за резервацията, която бях платила. Отидох на рецепция, за да попитам, защо сраята не е с отделни легла и защо не е подготвен диван. Отговори ми се, че в последствие ще го направят. Дойде момиче и оправи дивана, но си останахме на обща спалня. А престоя ми беше резервиран за мен и двете ми деца, които са момчета и поради тази причина исках отделни легла. Кърпите в банята бяха само и единствено за под - 3 броя, за пода. Хигиената в СПА зоната също беше незадоволителна. В Парната баня по пода имаше боклуци с неясен характер. Двора около външния термален басейн беше меко казано не добре поддържан. Поникнала трева по плочките, фасове по земята както и опаковки и хартиени чашки от кафе. В басейна по дъното имаше бели лентички неясно от какво. Пода в банята лепнеше. Съжалявам, че не направих снимки.

Басейните са супер! Храната е вкусна! Стаите са огромни!

Cons:

При настаняване чакахме на опашка все едно сме на летището. Изключително хлъзгав под навсякъде около басейните и СПА зоната! НЕ е включена вода! Странно за тези цени да няма включени напитки, особено вода. Изключително високи цени за масажи. Мноооогоо пренаселено! Няма места в ресторанта за всички! Няма достатъчно места за паркиране! Няма никаква храна за най-малките бебета!

Truly excellent hotel to relax and enjoy with your family.
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kings Valley Hotel with our family. The hotel itself is fantastic – beautifully maintained, comfortable, and with a great overall atmosphere.

The spa facilities are excellent, and the massages were truly outstanding – definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge.

What made the experience even more special for us was the kids’ animation. It was incredibly well organized, and a big thank you to Masha, who was constantly engaging the children with fun activities. From football matches and bike rides to cinema evenings with popcorn, there was always something exciting for them to enjoy.

Overall, it’s a fantastic family-friendly hotel that we highly recommend. We would definitely love to come back!
