שירות מדהים ! היינו שלוש חברות במסיבת רווקות וזה היה המלון המושלם בשבילנו, לקחנו חדר עם 2 קומות עם מרפסת קטנה ומטבח, תמיד הכל היה נקי ונעים, בקרבת המלון סופר קטן שזה תמיד טוב! מרחק הליכה של 15דק בערך לעיר העתיקה
השירות של הצוות ברמה גבוהה מאוד, נענו בחיוב לכל בקשה שלנו.
מי שמגיע אל תפספסו את הסוכריות בקבלה :)

I don't have enough space to write what I like at this place!
I will start with the members of the staff, from the reception to housekeeping. I got to meet them all, on my stay there, as I went for stomatologic treatments in the area.

I liked very much how tidy and clean the hotel is, the towels very clean and super soft. I never had missing items from my room, and they always provide fresh water.

To share a room with a small child, is always messi. But every day was cleaned and I never heard a complaint.

We broke the knob in one of the rooms and they didn't charge us, moreover Gina got a present for my daughter!

All the members at the reception helped me with my suitcase, including all the female members of staff.

When I asked to have my room changed, it was done straight away with a more expensive room with balconi, and more discount added. Gina even walked up the stairs at level 5 with my heavy suitcase when the elevator was stopped for 5 minutes to be thoroughly clean by hand. Also the stairs were cleaned every day, every inch of it!

Churches close, shops close, Therme swimming pool close, Hair salons very near and everything you need in the area.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to leave. My daughter said in conversation to some members of the family, that she wants to stay there forever!
