Reasonable price..

The room was decent and clean. Did see a couple of roaches , location is near a train track , living room tv was really slow and Wi-Fi kept coming in and out , you have to check in a different location definitely not worth the price I paid

Beachway Inn is a typical local hotel/motel whose better days are behind it. That being said it was comfortable and certainly perfectly situated for our needs. (We attended an event only a few hundred feet away.) On the inside the furniture was heavily used, and the bedroom AC unit made and ungodly noise (fortunately it was cool out and the LR AC worked well). The exterior is…old and run down. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we had no issues. It was also significantly less expensive that any other chain hotels in the area. Beachway Inn was fine.

I would like a refund back to my card asap. I didn't stay the night there and couldn't find the key once I got to the door.i didt stay there or over night I was scared and he couldn't find the extra key to get in so I left.Thank you Bikia Burks

This was a full size apartment incredible price. Walking distance to the beach.

My room badly needed a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Maybe two deep cleans. Property was cute to view but once you open your door all smell is cigarette smoke from folks smoking right outside their doors.
Seems like most of these rooms were for longer term renters as they were up all night banging around.

On a positive note, Michelle, the property manager was professional, courteous, and helpful!

Small but very easy in and out. Quiet and easy access to I95.

Originally we liked the first location Sunny Palms, but we had to move to Barefoot Mailman, and then Beachway Inn. They were both disgusting and repulsive. Our room had 100’s of cockroaches, to which there was nowhere that there wasn’t a dozen in site at a time. They offered to let us come to the other location to pick up a fogger bomb, they didn’t bring it. We utilized it, and it just made them mad and brought more out. They offered another bomb and it did little but it slowed down. We had had 100’s in 2-3 different piles that had died. The manager was rude as can be, belligerent, and unprofessional. However he looked like a saint next to the lady who checked us in. She was rude to my 77 yr old mother and everyone in the family.

This was by far the worst experience in 25 years of traveling. The housekeepers were wonderful and we felt bad for them, as they tried to make up for what the management wouldn’t do. They deserve a a lot of credit for being placed in this position.


The owner and checkin lady and her real nice car are awful people .

Do all you can to stay well clear of these hotels

Had a wonderful time, it was peaceful!!!! I got a chance to get a lot of work done. If you are trying to get away and just chill this is the spot!!!
