Pros:

La suite juniior muy amplia y confortable. Con vistas panoramicad impresionantes.

Cons:

El personal de servicio y del desayuno.. salimos a las 11h y volvimos a las 15h y no habian limpiado la habitacion. Tuvimos que llamar y eso si, subieron de inmediato. En el bufet lo mismo , tenias que ir pidiendo que rellenasen las bandejad vacias.

la camera era pulita e il garage era comodo. La colazione era abbonante e buona. Il design dell'hotel è bello e ha una grande hall piacevole. Ci sono tanti ascensori e veloci quindi nonostante l'hotel abbia tanti piani, non si aspetta mai tanto l'ascensore. La camera è grande e ha tanti specchi ed è piacevole soggiornarci

Cons:

Quando siamo entrati in camera, il tappo della vasca da bagno si è bloccato e non siamo riusciti in alcun modo a sbloccarlo. Siamo quindi scesi in reception e abbiamo chiesto che il problema venisse risolto mentre eravamo fuori a cena. Ci è stato assicurato che sarebbe stato chiamato immediatamente un addetto alla manutenzione, ma purtroppo non è stato fatto nulla.

Al nostro rientro, infatti, c’era ancora tutta l’acqua nella vasca e siamo stati costretti a lavarci con l’acqua stagnante, che non defluiva. Di per sé si trattava di un problema facilmente risolvibile e in poco tempo, motivo per cui è stato ancora più spiacevole constatare che la segnalazione non fosse stata gestita.

Anche al check-out, quando abbiamo fatto presente che il problema non era stato risolto, la gestione della situazione non ci è sembrata particolarmente adeguata. Ci è stato semplicemente detto che avrebbero provveduto a farlo sistemare e che erano dispiaciuti, senza però mostrare particolare attenzione o fare molto altro per rimediare al disagio.

Abbiamo inoltre scelto una camera di categoria superiore, con vista città, proprio per avere più spazio e una vista piacevole. Peccato però che la camera fosse affacciata sul lato della stazione, dove sono attualmente in corso dei lavori. Sarebbe utile specificare chiaramente quali camere hanno la vista sulla parte più bella della città e quali invece si affacciano sulla stazione e sui lavori.

Anche la zona circostante non ci è sembrata particolarmente piacevole: nella piazza nelle vicinanze c’era una presenza di persone poco rassicurante, soprattutto nelle ore serali.

Infine, un altro dettaglio che ci ha lasciati perplessi, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel 5 stelle, è stata la macchina del caffè in camera. Erano disponibili capsule compatibili con Nespresso anziché capsule originali e, purtroppo, la qualità e il gusto del caffè non erano particolarmente buoni. Per un hotel di questa categoria mi sarei aspettato di meglio.

Centrally located but expensive.
Pros:

I liked that it was centrally located and that it wasn't to far from the airport. It also had a good size room and bathroom. The view was of a construction site which was interesting.

Cons:

I didnt like the show as it had a hand held shower nozel, so took longer to have a shower and felt akward at times. We also went to the front desk to let them know that our room had lights that were flickering off and on. They said they would get someone to fix it but no one came. Also the phone in the room to ring for reception didnt work.
