We ALWAYS stay here when we are in Ljubljana. Basically, it comes down to their service, wifi, breakfast, location, and parking availability. We have a large van, so we need open air parking.
The room is always spotless, has a large bathroom, a comfy bed, a good selection of TV channels, a strong wifi. The hallways are quiet, and bay windows offer a wonderful view.
Breakfast spread has something for everyone. They even have ice cream and sparkling wine available at the spread. The seating area is large and easily able to walk through without bumping into others. Juice, coffee, and various tea.
It's a 10 minute walk to the old district and about a 10 minute drive to the BTC.
Room 2115, beautiful room, however the windows would make a popping sound as they expanded in the morning sun, and again in the evening with cooler Temps. I am not sure what you can do about that , however while checking out there were some comments from other guests in rooms on the same side.
Again, other than that this is and will always be our "ho.e away from.home" while in Ljubljana ❤️

Good hotel, confortable, clean and with well-equiped rooms. The price is more than affordable for a 5-star hotel compared to other places in EU. Location close to the station for people travelling by train and 10min walk from the historic center.

Definitely not corresponds to a 5-star hotel in Switzerland, France, etc.
Staff not really competent with no information given for the check-in and poor communication for the invoice. Please make sure the staff is fluent enough in English, it would be the minimum for a hotel of this standing.

The room was spacious and had everything necessary. The location is convenient, next to the station.
There were a lot of problems with the check-in system. We were not warned a deposit of 50 euro would be left, still waiting for its return.
