Pros:

Rooms: The rooms was spacious and clean and have nice views to castle and city

Breakfast: The breakfast was exceptional and started early.

Cons:

Check-in Process: The check-in process was very disorganized and unplanned. Firstly, there was insufficient staff to handle the volume of guests. We faced a long queue, and had to wait for approximately 30-45 minutes just to reach reception staff. The hotel could employ more staff during peak hours.


Room Availability: The rooms were not ready despite the scheduled check-in time. Since checkout is at 11:00 AM, it is questionable why rooms were unavailable.


Reception Staff:
The attitude displayed by reception staff member(A guy on the first shift) was bit rude . This is not what is expected of a five-star hotel. But other staff were good.


Room Amenities: The lighting near the entrance was not working. The locker only accepts four digits which could be better.The bathtub was too high and difficult to access.

Nice hotel but doesn’t feel like a 5 star
Pros:

Everything was clean

Cons:

I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to check in at a five star hotel
There wasn’t someone cooking fresh eggs etc at breakfast

1 night in beautifull Ljubliana
Pros:

Very good bussines hotel. Central in Ljubliana so everything is in walking reach. Good parking for 30 Euro. Breakfast is good and very complete. Rooms are big and clean.

Cons:

The airconditioning is very and i mean very very loud. The rooms are ermetically sealed so if you stop the air is in minutes imposible to breath. The water preassure is very low. And we were on the 7th floor and hotel has 22 floors. For a 5 stars...that's pretty weird. But overall for 1 night was a good stay.

Bra läge och fantastisk frukost.
Pros:

Det låg bra till i förhållande till stationen.
Fint och stort rum med AC. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Vi betalade för frukosten och den var enastående. Extra plus för mycket grönsaker och frukt och tillbehör att göra sin egen sallad bl.a. Rekommenderar detta hotell.

Alles asser die Dusche.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist keine richtige Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne. Die ist aber sehr rutschig und unpraktisch zum duschen.

Posizione, pulizia, colazione ottima, stanza grande e letto confortevole

Cons:

Servizio dello staff. Alle 15.30 la stanza del pomeriggio la stanza non era ancora rifatta e l’attesa in reception era davvero lunga.
