Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und kamen gegen 19:00 Uhr im Hotel an, um einzuchecken.

Bereits an der Rezeption begann die Enttäuschung. Die Mitarbeiterin ignorierte uns zunächst etwa zwei Minuten lang, da sie telefonierte. Nachdem sie das Gespräch beendet hatte, teilten wir ihr mit, dass wir eine Reservierung haben und einchecken möchten. Sie fragte nach unseren Reisepässen, begann dann jedoch erneut zu telefonieren – diesmal für etwa zehn Minuten –, ohne uns zu erklären, was das Problem war. Nach einer langen Anreise standen wir müde mit unserem Gepäck an der Rezeption und wussten überhaupt nicht, was los war.

Schließlich legte sie auf und teilte uns mit, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Statt des gebuchten Zimmers bot sie uns ein Ersatzzimmer an und versprach als Entschädigung ein kostenloses Abendessen. Wir erklärten ihr, dass wir kein kostenloses Abendessen möchten, sondern das gebuchte Zimmer.

Sie führte uns anschließend zu dem Ersatzzimmer. Wir konnten kaum glauben, was wir sahen. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Treppenhaus, war sehr dunkel und roch unangenehm – fast wie eine Bahnhofstoilette. Es war für uns unzumutbar. Wir hielten es keine 30 Sekunden darin aus.

Wir verließen das Zimmer sofort und stornierten unsere Buchung. Immerhin wurde uns der bereits gezahlte Betrag umgehend erstattet.

Wir würden dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Es liegt weit außerhalb von Arusha, ist sehr alt, schlecht gepflegt und insgesamt schmutzig. Da wir mitten in der Nacht ohne Unterkunft dastanden, mussten wir gemeinsam mit einem Taxifahrer ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich niemand an der Rezeption für die Situation entschuldigte, außer ein Kellner an der Restaurant, er war sehr nett und empathisch. Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unprofessionell und keineswegs kundenorientiert.

Für uns ist dieses Hotel absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Safe, great rooms, super helpful staff
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel - my son really enjoyed his stay, fabulous room but mostly, the staff (especially reception) were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They booked airport transfers, food prior to travel and answered all messages within a very short time. Incredibly grateful to this hotel for looking after him so well.

Un accueil exceptionnel !
Pros:

L'intégralité du personnel s'est montré tellement accueillant et bienveillant tout au long de notre séjour. Ils se sont démenés pour répondre à nos moindres besoins pour que l'on soit le plus à l'aise possible. Ce fut un véritable plaisir d'y séjourner que ce soit lors de notre arrivée/découverte dans le pays ou à notre retour de Safari !
Un excellent souvenir à recommander !

l'hotel era comodo perchè vicino alla struttura dove dovevamo riconsegnare l'auto. nel complesso tutto bene. parcheggio interno con auto al sicuro.

Cons:

la camera che ci hanno dato era decentrata rispetto alla struttura centrale. Erano tre o quattro camere al piano terra, dalle quali si accedeva da in un corridoio e le porte delle camere avevano la parte in altro di vetro, e quando si accendeva la luce nel corridoio era come accenderla in camera. Sperimentato di notte quando sono arrivate delle persone. Un pò di confusione con la prenotazione della cena. migliorabile la cena e la colazione e il bagno.

As pessoas acolheram-nos bem. Dado que chegamos mais cedo do que o previsto, os funcionários foram prestáveis e deixaram-nos frequentar o hotel enquanto o nosso quarto estava a ser preparado.
Estava limpo.

Magnifique
Pros:

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est très propre, le design est magnifique, le personnel est attentionné, les repas sont incroyables (tout dans le restaurant était bon). L’emplacement est excentré mais pour cent qualité ça en vaut largement le coup.

Si je reviens à Arusha, j’irai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter. Merci encore pour la décoration lune de miel qui était magnifique également.

Pros:

Saying that the service was “excellent” is an understatement!
Despite not being in close proximity to any of the popular tourist attractions; the hotel has an outdoor seating by the poolside and bonfire area close to the restaurant/bar with other recreational activities to engage in.

Cons:

The only downside was that I was in a room on the second floor and could hear dogs barking at night, shoes scuffing and other guests outside. Then again —I am a light sleeper.
