Front desk person wasn't pleasant, she gave us a room that had a dead scorpion, she switch us and I saw a lizard at night in the new room. I asked for my bill twice and I didn't get it. Dirty dishes around the pool. There is only one towel per room. No elevator.

Mi Paraiso Hotel is good to spend a weekend.
Pros:

The hotel location is good, customer service needs improvements, they only privided one shower towel and no other towels. Next time in Rio Dulce I'll look for a better place to stay.

C’était bien! La piscine très bien! Le wifi ne fonctionne pas beaucoup! la qualité des lits pas bien! Et ça sentais humidité! Le draps contour ne tenais pas sur le matelas! Parking sécuritaire et personnel gentil Nous étions situer à coter des travailleurs et cela nous réveillais à chaque matin! Le restaurent très cher et déception de la qualité de la nourriture hamburger avec la viande saucisse.

The room had no closet to hang our clothes

The shower drain was slow and it got flooded while taking a shower, other than that, it was a good stay, the food in the restaurant was great

This hotel had zero water coming out of the shower. Not just zero hot water; NO water at all. Bed linens should have been trashed five years ago. WiFi did't work in the rooms and lobby seating was unpleasant. Check-in clerk was least friendly person I met during two weeks in Guatemala.

Pros:

This is a great location for visiting the castle and right by the water. It has a restaurant and pool and a boat dock. It offers parking as well. If you are not about going up stairs make sure to request the first floor at time of booking due to the fact that most of these hotels do not have elevators.
Rooms are small and compact, shower is a good size, and parking is included and guarded.

The place was dirty, service non existent. They wouldn't even give us ice! The food at the restaurant was bad to day the least. Stay anywhere else

This place has a lot of potential. It was nice and had an amazing view, but when it was time to take a shower the water wasn’t going down the drain…it was clogged and it was SO uncomfortable to take a shower. I brought I up to the front desk and they said they were going to look into it.

Pros:

We could not get all our family at the more desired hotel so we had one room here. There was an issue with clear glass in the pool. The manager would not come to the area or front desk. We were told to find him in the restaurant. They deny any responsibility. I have been to the area a few times. There are better choices close by.
