Pros:

Amazing place!
We were the only guests (after the season) but everything was working like the hotel is full. Staff was very nice, room clean and cosy. We ate great dinner at the restaurant (and very big and great breakfast) and then swam in beautifull swimming pool.
Thanks to all the staff, stay there was exceptional!

Disappointing Stay – Hidden Charges, Noise, and Low-Quality Food
Pros:

Location is perfect. Extremely beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

1) The hotel paused my booking confirmation and asked me to contact them directly. I was then forced to pay the hotel directly, rather than through Booking.com.
2) My room was located right in front of noisy air conditioning units. When I asked to change rooms, the only option offered was an upgrade for an extra 85 AZN (almost half the original cost). After some unpleasant discussion, I managed to get a discount.
3) The food served in the restaurant, both in the evening and at breakfast, was of low quality.
4) The arrangement of furniture in the room was inconvenient.
5) The staff were very punctual in reminding us about check-out time.

Todo fue perfecto. La ubicación del hotel y la naturaleza son increíbles. Está en pleno bosque, e incluso hay un río cerca.

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y eran privadas. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Pros:

No choice for breakfast. Either you take it, or leave it. Way too salty. No coffee. You gotta ask for coffee, which costs the same amount as coffee in Vienna :)

Only the reception guy spoke broken English.
At the breakfast they just left things on the table without asking if we need anything or if everything is ok.

Pros:

Only nature and the sound of the river were beautiful. Although the surroundings were muddy and dirty, it was still okay.

Cons:

They served something like an open buffet, but the variety is very, very little.The food was extremely terrible and tasteless. The hotel owner was very bad and rude at breakfast time.
