Communication is key especially those traveling from so far away seeking an enjoyable lodging space. The agent for my stay was in person and compassionate. Eager to make sure my stay was pleasurable. After I was settled, I was satisfied. I would come again uf the same level of communication as satisfaction is provided.
Communication and Check- in.. was horrible, as well as the condition of the rental...(broken and chipped dinnerware) (dirty and soiled linen) and some internet issues.
Embassy Gardens is safe and quiet

I didn't have a good stay at the studio unit. My check-in process was delayed because the agent was not readily available. The first assigned room appeared still occupied. The second reassigned room was still being cleaned, with strong disinfectant scent that took a while to dissipate.
There was no electric kettle and the stove top didn't work. The microwave was good.
The bathroom had one bath towel. There were no hand or face towels. The cleaning rags were stacked beside the toilet bowl.
I liked the comfortable beddings, with plush pillows.
Obviously, I will not stay at a "deluxe" studio unit at Embassy Gardens again.
In list of facility they mentioned coffee machines, hair dryer but not available 😑
I had stayed here in 2019 and previously had a good experience, but I didn’t stay in this hosts property.
The initial room I was assigned, the mattress was hard as a rock and the wifi didn’t work. The check in process was chaotic as the host was not expecting me, and I had to use my data and incur extra costs in order to text to express my discontent at the room. I was assigned another room which was better than the last admittedly.
But I did find the host to be extremely non responsive concerning things I had raised. Eg each room only came with 1x towel although it’s a double room, so I was unable to go swimming, and I had to keep on following up to get an extra towel which took 2 days to arrive. toilet roll was scarce and it wasn’t well equipped (eg no Hand soap etc) considering it’s meant to be a serviced apartment.
Wish I hadn’t used this particular hosts property in all honesty, as I found it tiresome always having to follow up with him and just wished to enjoy my stay. But I now know for next time.
Overall I still like embassy gardens but there’s loads of other better and cheaper apartments based within the compound
It was exactly as described. Very clean and safe. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. This is one of the nicest experiences in a hotel I've had. Would recommend it to all! Enjoy! S.H.IN.E. ON!
Great location, clean and good price
Note that this rating is for my specific unit. Several rooms/apartments have different owners and would provide a different experience. First, check-in was unusual. They cannot do check-in at the front desk, instead you call the owner who talks to the reception desk who tells you the room number. Once in the room, no information sheet on how anything works or any information about the Gardens. Finally, the room appeared to be not finished. e.g. wallpaper hung but not trimmed. Toilet paper hold partially installed. Light fixtures missing covers or bulbs. It all finally worked out fine and I enjoyed my stay, but a little more familiarization help would have been appreciated.
The cleanliness, a homey feeling. The host Eric was friendly, very responsive, and gave a warm welcome. The only thing I didn’t like was there could have been better pots for cooking, there were only two pots of which one had no cover at all and the one cover was defected. The blender didn’t have a cover, so this was very limiting. So improvements in providing proper cooking wares would be beneficial. Other than that, all was good
The property needs a renovation. I stayed for a month and the experience wasn’t that great.
Interior- There were cracks on the wall almost everywhere, the curtains were torn, and one of the sliding doors couldn’t close/lock unless you put a piece of the curtains in there somewhere which wasn’t safe. Whenever you lie on the bed, it sinks you in.
Housekeeping- 2/5..Sucked! During my first few stays there was a very good nice housekeeper called Rita, she did a very good job but unfortunately got moved to a different location (told by her coworker). After her, they didn’t do their job. I could go two days without being provided with toilet rolls so I had to figure myself out. Some days, the bathroom would not be cleaned nor the place swept and mopped. We had to do that ourselves.
Exterior- They have a nice scenery. The only problem I had was that the pool was slippery sometimes and some tiles in the pool were damaged but I saw them doing some work on the pool when leaving. Hopefully they fixed these issues. The ventilation in the hallways isn’t great as well.
Overall- 3/5..It’s a nice environment but they could do better.
Excellent
I was there for one night, so I can't say much, but I have no communication with anyone. Lol. I got to the lobby; they called someone who said the keys were at the door, and that was it.
The room was very clean.
Staff members were very helpful and respectful
The place is excellent. The only issue is the restaurant runs out of many options throughout the day but otherwise it’s great and very clean

The property is great and very well kept. It's in an excellent neighborhood with great security. It has It's own restaurant and there are nice restaurants in the neighborhood too.
We needed a room last minute as we had an unexpected travel change for my mom, I booked this room early before our 11am checkout of another accommodation. I called the host and he was very receptive and allowed for an early checkin as we had many bags. The entire team was awesome in taking care of our situation❤️ I would book with them again.
