Cannot fault this hotel, everything was perfect. Free shuttles to the night market and back via whatsapp .. modern but authentic bedrooms, quality bedding and modern bathroom, reasonable prices at the bar! in a quiet area of LP yet with so much to walk to locally and scooters and cars to hire from the hotel, getting around could t be easier. We saw many of the other hotels we considered and not a patch on Mybanlao.

This place was beautiful. Staffs were over the top nice and very attentive. We stayed one night because our flight was delayed a whole day. I wish we would’ve stayed there the whole 5days. The rooms with a swim out pool is a must. Food was amazing. Everything was amazing.
What an absolutely amazing resort! The service is impeccable and the staff will go out of their way to cater for you. The breakfasts are cooked for you to a very high standard. My only gripe is I wish there could be more of an “adults only’ area as I am slightly allergic to children screaming outside my bedroom at 6am

The hotel beautifully blends old-world charm with modern amenities, creating a unique and comfortable atmosphere. I stayed in one of the pool access rooms, which was not only spacious and well-designed but also made it convenient to enjoy a refreshing swim anytime.
One of the highlights for me was the thoughtful in-room features — especially the centralized electronic controls, which made managing the lights and temperature effortless. I also appreciated the high-quality hairdryer, which was a nice touch and added to the luxurious feel of the stay.
The hotel goes above and beyond when it comes to service. They offer complimentary transportation to both the train station and the night market, which made getting around so much easier and stress-free.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Luang Prabang.
This is the best hotel in luang prabang, imo this is a 5 star hotel, not 4 star, everything was just perfect, the staff are all very welcoming and helpful, from the receptionasit, to the drivers and the housekeepers, the room was super clean, very modern and big, the pool is also very clean and looks beautiful, they have free shuttle to the city from 6am to 4pm which is such a nice addon, they also provide free shuttle to the night market, and on top of that they provided us a free mini van ride to the train station on our checkout day, honestly I don't know what more can they provide, this hotel is just perfection, well done to everyone working in this hotel.

Was an excellent hotel, they truly cared about there guest. Very convenient pick up and drop off vehicle to the city. Also a free ride to the train station. I was very pleased with my stay here. Only thing i didnt like was the bathroom floor, it can get slippery when wet. They did provide a sandal. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in luang prabang. 2 thumbs up.

From our pickup from the airport and all throughout our stay it was excellent. The friendly service, the beautiful hotel and grounds and food all were outstanding. One of the most helpful services was the free shuttle which we used all the time. They dropped you off into town then when you were ready you just sent a message to the hotel and they picked you up within 5-10 minutes. We also thoroughly enjoyed our massages at the spa as well . We also found the front desk helpful and Tar in particular gave us some handy hints for our day trips
Absolute luxury with the nicest staff and gorgeous pool.
I have been coming back to beautiful Luang Prabang and never fails to stay at MyBanLao Hotel. Exceptional service and facilities! It is one establishment that is constantly improving to provide guests with a more enjoyable and comfortable stay. They even provide electric car/ bike rentals for you to get around town or out to tourist attraction sites.
Everything about this hotel is special, the beautiful rooms, the fantastic pool with swim up bar, great breakfasts, shuttle services to the night market and elsewhere provided on all electric vehicles, including beautiful vintage cars converted to electric. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent hospitality and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Luang Prabang, and we will definitely be back someday.
it was hevy rain first day, but spa, massage and transportation service was good, then I can enjoy the trip.
