It was a comfortable stay at a clean room stuffed quality basic stuff. And the bathroom is very good

Overall, it was good for a night stay.
Pros:

The room, toilet, ac, furnishing. Almost all. Particularly the signages on every consumable and different corners of the room/toilet. The tea-counter. Behavior of the staffs.

Cons:

Almost nothing except the way to first floor where the room was provided. The floor lobby was narrow and no emergency arrangement in case of fire hazard. The ground floor lobby to first floor was stinky.

Avoidable
Pros:

The first room that we checked-in into was of poor standard however once we upgraded the room we were comfortable.

Cons:

Quite a few things:
1. The location, especially the entrance to the hotel is through a narrow lane which makes the hotel look congested.
2. The standard double room was not at all upto the mark. It was dingy with stale odour. The window curtains were half which looked very shabby.
3. The washroom was not clean and smelled bad despite spraying room freshner.
4. We had booked the hotel for two nights and despite the intimation on Booking.Com that we had to pay at property, the mail sent by the hotel insisted that we make full payment a day prior to check-in.
5. Having paid the entire amount and staying for one night when we requested the hotel to cancel our booking for the second night since it didn't meet our expectations, the hotel refused to refund the amount paid for the second night.
6. All guests who wish to book this hotel, please do not pay the entire amount because you will not be refunded the money for subsequent nights if you wish to check-out earlier.

Just had to pass the night for a stopover. Passable.
Pros:

Location from highway.
Good portion size of room service dinner and taste.

Cons:

1. Cleanliness of bed sheets, pillows. Yellowish marks on linen.
2. Cigarette burn marks on chair seat foam
3. Little cockroaches roaming in the room
4. Very limited breakfast options

the ordered food was good. the breakfast was bad

Cons:

the rooms are very small unlike the pictures. there was confusion with the booking. The management asked to checkout just 15 minutes after checking in saying your booking is cancelled even when my book. they had overbooked. the staff was cooperative though and polite
