It's not a three star Hotel..you will get benefits like two star.
Pros:

The support staff is good.

Cons:

1.Dont have complementary toiletry
2.Provide complementary 1 bottle,I don't understand how enough for 2 people.
3.Extra bed cost is higher & don't include in the billing amount.
4.Water bottle is costly inside hotel around 60 rs for 1 litre.I am not sure how they are running their hotel business on water bottle or rooms
5.I don't recommend inside food as it is very costly mostly multiplied by 4 prices.
6.They force people not to take outside food,people don't have an option if inside food is extremely costly.
7.They don't properly check rooms before handovers.We did late check in till then also we got bathroom room door lock was broken & no necessary steps taken to repair it.
8.I have found it to be 2 star ⭐⭐ hotel ,other two star hotels provide more beneficial facilities to the guest.
9.attend Manager while checkout told delay in exit/check out will have to pay extra charges even though till 12 PM checkout was there.

Hotel rooms were very smelly as not opened from many days. Please arrange to refund my money
Pros:

Nothing. Room was smelling very bad, staff behaved very badly. I have registered complaint with booking.com & still waiting for resolution. We have not stayed with hotel. I paid half amount which Treebo must refund.

Cons:

Rooms were smelly as they have not opened from many day’s. I am allergic so we have not stayed with hotel. Booking.com & Treebo must refund money.

Pros:

Nothing is likeable in this hotel, actully noraml YoYo rooms are better than this hotel.

Cons:

1. At reception no fan and No Ac, very difficult to breath and complete the Check in formalities in such conditions.
2. TV is not working
3. I booked super delex room but normal room is provided with one bad on floor. Hardly no space to movement.
4. Room Fridge is not working
5.Restaurent :Ac is not working one coller is there for one tabel, for others no fan, coller aur AC. Hard to seat and take breakfast.

I paid nearly 3000 for this room /service.yoyo is offering better service in 1000 only.

Pros:

The staff were nice, and the room was spotless, the facilities exceeded expectations. It's the best in the price range.

Cons:

The only con i could find was that the washroom was a tiny bit dirty and there was no ventilation in washroom.
