I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The indirect lighting was a smart feature. I loved the convenience of the cafe in the foyer and the coffee was fantastic!

The rooms were well laid out, but tiny and not worth the price.
Pros:

The rooms are modern and charming. The location is close to a train station. The room was clean but the bathroom smelt bad, like a smelly public restroom and the floor had yellow on it, not sure if it was a stain or needed cleaning.

Cons:

We felt the room was way over priced for a tiny room. We paid $400/night for a family of 4. It was maybe $200/night quality.

楽しく快適に過ごせました！

とても綺麗で清潔で良かったです！
また、一階のカフェがとてもおしゃれだなと思っていたら、お部屋のマグカップも同じお店のものが使用されていて、とっても可愛かったです！

Cons:

化粧水などのアメニティがあれば尚良かったです！

We enjoyed our stay and definitely will comeback again.
Pros:

I love how well-planned the interior of the room is. Everything is easy to access. The staff downstairs are nice and very presentable. It's very clean too. The smell of the hotel if good too.

Cons:

I have to go downstairs to get my breakfast. It would also be nice if there were an option to choose no sauce or with sauce for the breakfast sandwich. The mustard didn’t go well with the sandwich.

Beautiful relaxing stay in a modern well designed hotel room
Pros:

We loved this hotel. It was perfectly tucked away in a quieter area while being close to everything at the same time. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable while offering a beautiful atmosphere and design aesthetic. The check in process was very easy, and the staff were so friendly. We also booked the room that came with the rooftop section and we loved spending time up there as a family.

We had a great stay at Fav Tokyo and would definitely stay again. We loved the neighbourhood and it was a very convenien
Pros:

The property is so conveniently located. Great food nearby towards the station and hotel the cafe is very good. Check in and out is very easy and the room was lovely.

Cons:

The view across the river was excellent and the beds comfortable. The room was spacious enough for our family of five with three teenagers.

Simple, efficace mais sans plus.
Pros:

Un peu excentré mais accessible. Simple et efficace.

Cons:

Chambre petite pour une famille de 4 personnes. La vue plus présente sur une voix rapide que sur la Sumida, contrairement aux photos qui laissent penser que la situation est plutôt calme.
Une machine à laver pour tout l'hôtel donc attente...
