・ホテルスタッフがほぼ全員外国人。日本なのに【日本ならではのおもてなし感】はゼロ。
・夜の時間帯のラウンジは、外国人利用客で騒がしい。ホテル側も注意しないので落ち着きたい人は行かない方が良い。

Convenient location, small luxury touches
Pros:

Nice hotel. Nice room. Lots of nice little luxury touches. Comfortable.

Very convenient location for pedestrian, close to Chinatown. We were coming from quite far and train wouldn't do, but its most convenient if you take the train - the station entrance is literally next to the hotel.

Cons:

Parking is not free and quite far a walk, if you're coming with a car, especially on a freezing winter night. There's temporary loading parking, so make sure you grab all the luggage in one go, before going out to the parking structure at the Osanbashi ferry terminal... If you forget something like we did, it's a long cold walk. The hotel gives a small discount for parking. I guess we expected free hotel parking...

Harbor view room was just okay even on a high floor as it's quite far from the water.

Excellent hotel at great location
Pros:

The hotel is located right at the exit of the train station which is very convenient to access, also easy to reach other main sights in Yokohama. The interior reflects the historical Yokohama vibe with red bricks and harbour pictures. We were lucky staying at a room with harbour view which was stunning in the morning. Having breakfast on the window side was such a pleasure. The room was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Yokohama.

サービスも良くお部屋も最高なハーバービューのホテル
Pros:

空調は何もつけませんでしたがそれでちょうどよく寒くもなく暑くもなく快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫も大きくレンジやオーブン機能もあり最高でした。DVDプレーヤーをお借りしたいと伝えたら事前につないでおいてくれました。サービスも良く満足でした。

Affordable, great size room and very clean. Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

Great hotel with wonderful lounge and great size room with washer in room. They have so many laundry machines! Location is okay but close enough to China town to get dinner at and close enough to walk 20 mins to Cosmo World and Cup Noodle Museum.

Cons:

No amenities like lotion or water. Bed was extremely hard for Japanese hotels. I have stayed at multiple and this was the hardest bed I’ve slept in.
