Wonderful experience for our first visit to Yokohama.
Pros:

Proximity to our needs. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, quiet, well decorated rooms. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests! Excellent buffet breakfast, lots of choices and very flavorful!

Great value, convenient location and very comfortable room
Pros:

Warm and efficient check-in on arrival. English speaking receptionists. Spacious room with good amenities. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Exceeded expectations.
Close to the metro although we didn't use it.
easy walk to harbour area , cruiseship terminal and China town.
Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby

Well located hotel, convenient for cruise ships and on the metro. Enjoyed our days there.
Pros:

Well located close to the Ōsanbashi Pier and a metro station - 4 stops from Yokohama main station. Comfortable room with good bed. Staff were very pleasant. Walking distance to Chinatown.

Pros:

The hotel is located on the exit from the local train station which made transporting large bags a breeze. The staff were amazing from the first moment plus had a far better knowledge of English than what we had experienced on the trip to date. The room though not huge was equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, freezer and microwave. Also, the proximity to many of the major sights (Red Brick Warehouse, Cup Noodle Museum, Cosmo World and Yokohama Tower), all within walking distance, even for older buggers like us. Just a finishing note, probably the comfiest pillows of our trip to date - beds were also top rate as well. If you are heading to Yokohama and not in need of 5 star amenities, this place most certainly worth a look at.

Cons:

Only thing that was a little sad was the lack of in room English options on the in room TV. Most certainly not a major negative as almost every other hotel we stayed at had the same issue - travelling on a budget has sacrifices.
