Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, guter Kaffee in der Lobby, toller Lage, direkt

Lovely room , magnificent view , great shared facilities on one level

Didn’t have breakfast

Cons:

I do realise that most hotels have a 3pm check in , we came off a cruise ship at 9am and left our bags at the hotel returning around 2pm, they were absolutely adamant to not let us in until exactly 3pm but I’d almost guarantee the room was cleaned and ready way earlier

Perfect!
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for us. The Resident Lounge was very nice with coffee and tea available. Loved the faucet of filtered water in the room itself.

Cons:

Everything was perfect and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Overall happy with the accommodation. Would stay again if we happen to be in the area in the future.
Pros:

Handy location right above the train station. Helpful front desk staff available at all hours. Fairly spacious although the price does reflect this. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

It is either a few train stops or a 20 minute walk to many of the main shopping and restaurant areas of Yokohama. One morning the lift was very busy, possibly due to a bus tour/large group leaving all at once, but it took an age to leave. Every other morning was fine though.
