Perfect one week stay with a family
Pros:

The room is perfect for a family (a large bed for us, room is divided well, spacious for repacking), the staff is extremly helpful. All essential amenities are provided including kitchen tool, washing detergent, etc. Water filter is available so we didn't have to buy any plastic water bottles which was awesome.

Cons:

The room could be cleaner, but I understand it's next to the road, so dust is easily accumulated. It's near the police station, that's why there can be quite some noise during the night.

Ideal Location for cruise passengers.
Pros:

Ideal location beside station Nihon-Odori Exit 4 and easy walking distance to the cruise terminal at Osanbashi Pier. Large well equipped room, well worth booking a harbour view. Convenience stores a block away.

We have enjoyed our stay and it’s so convenient and clean.
Pros:

Front desk staff were super friendly, rooms are good size and clean. Location is great as it’s accessible and walkable to many places. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Staff were very helpful friendly and professional. It was well positioned near the international cruise terminal. The room was well appointed,and there was a residents lounge,with coffee machine,microwave,ice machine etc. A lauderette,fitness centre.
