Pros:

The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making transportation extremely convenient. The front desk staff were very warm, friendly, and patient. Room was clean and tidy, with all amenities fully provided. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Great sized rooms. Amazing location. Better than we expected it to be. Wish we had stayed for longer.

It was the perfect stay!
Pros:

The location was great! Easy access to the train station. Lots of shops around including China Town.

The staff were very friendly and approachable.

We went for the room with the kitchenette which was great as we could cook food rather than eating out every night.

The bed was super comfy and our room was very quiet - we slept so well!

We really loved the shared lounge on floor 7 with a coffee machine for us all to use.

Cons:

Location, vibes, everything! The rooms were nice and spacious and the staff were very kind.

Immediately settling in like own house from airport
Pros:

Surrounded with all the historical places of opening Meiji Restration of 1868 this extreme comfortable Citadines hotel gives us renewed energy to go out to explore Yokohama morning to evening each day all walking vicinity.

Great accommodation. Easily accessible, with the Metro right next door. Quiet location. Nice environment for walks around the surrounding port!
