CP值高！離地鐵步行約10分鐘，但仍在可接受範圍。
Pros:

房間很寬敞，兩個行李箱都還有空間；也很喜歡窗邊長桌及兩個椅子的設計，我們兩位使用電腦跟放置日常用品等等空間都很夠。
每天提供備品更換放置於門口，很符合我們日常使用所需。

Cons:

官網會員系統好像有點問題，登入時一直顯示出現一些問題，但又說我已登入完成。
導致我沒有辦法使用會員延遲退房服務，最後是選擇付費購買，一點點美中不足。

Pros:

虽然不是每天打扫卫生，但是只要把垃圾和毛巾放在放门外，完全没有问题；房间也不算小；离地铁衹园站很近；员工都很亲切有礼；solo的话各方面都足够了。

Cons:

夕飯が外食で帰ったのが遅くその時は気づかなかったけど朝に掛け布団カバーに血のりがベッタリ付いていたのが分かり不愉快だった。
フロントの女の子に話したが反応が無かったのが残念でした。

Affordable and good location but unbearable outside of winter cold.
Pros:

Location was good and staff were professional and courteous. The coffee machine was very high tech!

Cons:

The floor above the reception had heaters blowing at full blast all day and night, even when the outside temp was already in the 90s. Worse, because the room A/C shuts off when your card leaves the room, every time coming back the room was uncomfortably warm and I couldn't risk leaving stuff out that could melt or spoil. I asked the staff and they apologized that they couldn't turn off the heaters. I felt sorry for whoever has to clean the rooms, the heat would be unbearable.
