We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect - so convenient for exploring the city yet peaceful when we wanted to relax.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. A special thank you to Mariko at reception, who helped us with our luggage transfer and went out of her way to be kind, attentive, and helpful - her warmth made us feel instantly at home. We also want to thank the wonderful gentleman at breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was a highlight of our stay. The delicious dishes, fresh pastries, and beautifully presented plates were unforgettable, but it was his friendliness and care that made it even more memorable. We still miss those breakfasts!
This was an amazing stay all around: the hotel, the people, the food, and the atmosphere. Thank you so much for making our time in Kyoto so special. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great area
Highly enjoyed staying at this small boutique hotel. Quiet but very close to subway and central shopping area. Very clean, bed was really comfortable and staff were lovely. Best breakfast we had so far in Japan. 2 choices that were light and healthy (not deep fried) choice of fish versus meat. They also had these old fashioned cotton warm pyjamas (so good we bought 2 pair to take home). There was a washing machine/dryer but also a laundromat around the block. Free beer in the evenings with some light snacks (nuts/chocolate). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This place is a cute and quaint boutique hotel.
The rooms are super clean and modern.
We stayed in room 202 hada side tinted window but was so new inside. Loved tne shower and the fact the toilet bowl had a seperate door.
It is close to the main stripe and you can walk anywhere close by.7-11 right around tbe corner.
Very pleasant stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary longe was a nice touch. The only minor issue was with the humidity level in the room and the hardness of the bed.
The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was beautiful and we loved making new friends with drinks and nibbles between 5-7pm each afternoon.
The hotel had great amenities (free snacks, beer, water, laundry, etc.). The staff were great and welcoming. The room was comfy and bathroom was spacious.

Excellent hotel, so glad I found it. Very calm feeling about the place. Only 4 rooms per floor, and 5 floors. Very soothing atmosphere with spacious rooms, fantastic shower and thoughtful layout. Has a washer/dryer which costs ¥600 for one wash/dry. Breakfast was small but high quality. Lounge had coffee machine, beer and wine and snacks for the evening. Finally the staff went out of their way to help as we were there during a typhoon and gave us information on how to get to Tokyo!

Overall the small hotel is great. Room is spacious and very clean with clean cut decorations with all good quality amenities provided. Staffs are very polite and the hotel offer free snacks in the evening time and there is laundry facilities on site. Hotel is very quiet and very good for couples. It is not too far from subway station. If you follow google map, it is pretty easily accessible from Kyoto station. The neighbour has a lot of local restaurants. The only call out I have is that it might be better if the receptionist can provide any local eatery recommendations. But with that said, the stay is great and I highly recommend that.
Staff were excellent, very helpful. It also helped that they speak English. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the lounge where snack and drinks were provided.
Plenty of things to do in Kyoto. We spent a day around the Arashiyama area, a day in Gion, etc. If you have a spare day, I would recommend going to Nara for a day.

Wonderful stay
Lovely hotel perfectly situated in the charming small streets of the quite part of Kyoto . The staff were so friendly and helpful ! The room was so charming and tidy .
