Great Hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

New Hotel in an excellent location between Asakusa and Kuramae stations.
We stayed in a corner room with great views of the river and the Tokyo Sky Tree.
Small room but it had everything we needed.
Very clean, serviced daily, friendly staff.
Everything was great!

Siempre elijo esta cadena porque me gustan las habitaciones y todo en general.

Cons:

Se que en Japón en muchos hoteles no pueden abrirse las ventanas pero en este no se abría ni un poquito para poder ventilar la habitación y estuve en otros que si.

Gostamos da localização, muito próximo ao templo, hotel super silencioso, completo com todas as amenidades, limpo, tem uma conveniência em frente. Pegamos o quarto com vista para a Toquio skytree e foi sensacional.

Pros:

La habitación, aunque pequeña, muy funcional y bien ubicada.

Cons:

El trato del personal podria mejorar, son muy fríos en el trato y no están por la labor de ayudarte mas que a indicarte donde estan las maquinas para que tu hagas las cosas.

The location is good because it’s close to the convenience store and near the station, but the self check-in system was inconvenient and confusi

Cons:

I don’t like this because I don’t understand why guests have to do self check-in privately when it should be handled at the reception desk. It makes things inconvenient for guests. We already paid, so having to check ourselves in is frustrating. Also, the room number was not written on the key card, which was very confusing and bothersome.

APA quality, always recommended
Pros:

We've been to this specific APA hotel once before. Just a little under a year earlier. Everything about the room was as expected and the staff went beyond our expectations in many regards.

For example our specific wish for the time frame of cleaning our room was heard and granted but also extension of our check-out was quick and efficient.

Lokalita blízko metra, nádraží, restaurací a moderního centra. Pokoj absolutně čistý (v Japonsku standard). Komplikovanější check-in (kombinace self a assisted), ale nakonec vše ok.

Cons:

Malá postel pro 2 osoby, společná peřina, nelze otevřít okno v kombinaci vedra na pokoji. Je to velký hotel s korporátním přístupem. Někomu to může vyhovovat.

Les personnels étaient très agréable. La chambre était propre. La qualité de matelas était très bonne.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu trop petite. (La salle de bain aussi).

Super emplacement proche d’une station de métro (Kuramae). Personnel accueillant et efficace. Chambre propre, équipements fonctionnels. Chouette quartier!

Cons:

La fenêtre est un sortie de secours en cas d'incendie. Impossible de l'ouvrir. Certaine chambre n'ont pas de vue.

The property is really good amd comfertable. No disturbace and clean rooms.
Pros:

The facilities provided are really good.Plus location is really prime.

Cons:

No facility of early check in. Infact the checkin time is at 3pm which is really late.The late check-in time Doesn’t let you have a proper schedule of the day on the very first day. Also the breakfast buffet should have more veg items.
