Good property but experience ruined by poor service and terrible crowd (other guests)
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean and had decent space as per the price range. Breakfast spread was good and the view from the rooms is great in the morning

Cons:

Service of the staff is not prompt. First night we ordered room service and they kept saying order will be delivered in 5 mins for more than hour. I had to go down to reception only to find out order was not even confirmed. They did come an hour later to apologise and give a complimentary meal but we were exhausted by then and had ordered from outside.

Also the other guests had horrible table manners during breakfast, discarded bones and other food was strewn over all the tables. It was disgusting to say the least and the staff couldn't keep up with the cleaning.

Scenic but...
Pros:

Location is amazing, having scenic views - mountain background infinity pool - Loved it. Main Lobby is aesthetic.

Cons:

Maintenance is poor. The phone in the room was not working. Many areas found poor cleaning. Pool was full of dead insects, no bath tower provided. Breakfast was OK
