The experience was not good, cleanliness was a concern. Was unlucky as the swimming pool was under maintenance.I was offered a voucher that was never given to me.

Very bad. I have never had such an experience before. it felt like a local lodge rather than a hotel

Only Location. Easy access to Knowledge city.

Cons:

“The room floor was sticky and not clean. During check-in, the reception staff informed us that the check-out time was strictly 12:00 noon, with only a short extension until 12:30 pm. This policy is quite unreasonable, as even many 5-star hotels offer more flexibility.

Exactly at 12:00 noon, our room access was blocked and the air conditioning was switched off, which caused significant inconvenience. We had just returned from a function and were left with no proper time to arrange our belongings comfortably.

Additionally, the staff behavior was disappointing. The receptionist at check-out was unprofessional and lacked adequate knowledge in handling guests.

Overall, the experience was very poor and did not meet even basic hospitality standards. Such practices are unacceptable, even for a small local lodge
