There was never anyone at the front desk, and communication was only through a tablet, which took a long time to connect.

Excellent location in Asakusa, convenient, short walk to Hibiya line, local attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, Family Mart and 7-11. Centrally located for pickup and drop off of the Airporter Bus from/to Narita.

Clean room, nice staff, air conditioning, and washing and drying machine that is a benefit for people who stay long

Great location and awesome facilities. The dryer for the washing machine didn't work.

So many amenities and very spacious for a family with small kids. Will choose to book here when coming back to Tokyo!

Spacious sleeping space for family of 5

When greeted by the staff, they say good morning which is incredible considering no one really talks or looks at you in the city. I appreciate it a lot since I'm from Texas where we strike up conversations with strangers everyday.

Within walking distance of shopping and tourism

Although compact roomy for a family of 5. Futons were good and was the Japanese experience. Could not provide extra pillows though. Shower head is odd handheld one, but same as others in Japan. Very modern and clean inside. Small apartment with no pool but an excellent stay for the price. Very safe. No one at the desk but you can contact staff easily through email or Ipad. 10 min walk to stations in many directions. Very safe area near temples and shops. Kitchen was and dining table was great. No tea towels though.

This place was my favorite, it was spacious and had everything we needed, dishes, extra bedding, laundry and dish detergent. The TV mount is adjustable, so it can point any way in the room we wanted it to. The staff were nice and there was always someone one click away at the front desk iPad.

Clean room and Furnished with new items, easy to walkable to Sensoji Temple, and other shopping places.

This was a very nice location for us. It was quiet and easy to get to wherever we wanted to go from there.

Our washer and as not working and the shower drain wasn’t cleaned and it clogged every time we used it.

stay was very good and comfirtable

The staff were super nice. The unit Superior room was spacious and fully equipped. The bedding was okay, looked like there were stains that doesn’t want to come off and the bed was a little on the hard side, only 1 pillow per bed. Bathroom was great, small deep tub and shower area. You can store your luggage for free in the lobby (15 locks). The closest train station is 12 minutes away H line. There are 12 floors, 4 rooms per floor. If you get a room towards the back of the hotel like 904, you will have a view of the Skytree. Use Line to communicate with the hotel, like request for towels. There is also another Minn Asakusa which we went to by mistake since this one shows up as Minn 浅草かっぱ橋 on Google Maps. We recommend Nihonkai Kototoi Shop (best sushi we had in the area) also half the price. Also a few walkable supermarkets, a 711 and a Family Mart.

It would have been perfect if paper towels are provided in the kitchen. Other than that our stay was amazing and memorable. P
