Room was good but no
Nothing as I didn’t get my room
I booked my property and paid,
And when I reached midnight, they said you do not have a room , even though I booked through booking and paid through their link. So I had to look for hotels at 1 AM and and it’s been 2 weeks and I didn’t get my refund.
Pool not used
Did not use the Spa. Found the place was full of flies in the dining room which was a big sanitation issue. The restaurant did not have the foods listed on the menu.
The place was ok with nice large rooms, staff was good and polite. It’s relatively closer to the main religious attraction- the Pushkar lake and Brahma temple. However I’m ignoring the following during my stay and being objective:
1. WiFi connectivity was non-existent for the two days I was there
2. Breakfast was kind of lame and tasteless
3. One of the Breakfast dishes - quite a staple lentil soup - sambar was being served which had actually gone completely bad and was smelling, was acknowledged by the team and changed - puts a complete? On the food quality
4. For some reason towels were a novelty, never got hand towels or face towels
5. Luke warm water in the shower at best
All of the above are absolutely manageable, but I guess is being deliberately ignored by the management
Nothing actually
Checkin experience was pathetic. I paid the booking amount well in advance, also property was informed that I will reach around 1130 pm-1230 am ( messaged through booking.com. on arriving at the property at 1 am, wee were told that booking.com has cancelled the booking ( there was no such message from booking.com to me). Futher the management was unaware that I had already paid in advance. We have to argue for more thn 30 min and then they offered us a room.
Restaurant requires some hygeine check.

Great property with a prompt, responsive and friendly staff. Met with smiles despite checking in at a late time. Very clean property with delicious breakfast that had a lot of options.
Used nappy of an infant was present in the room. Bell unhygienic.
