La peor experiencia en India, evite este hotel
Cons:

Terrible trato al huésped extranjero, posiblemente la peor experiencia en todos mis viajes en India. A mi llegada, el viernes por la tarde, el recepcionista me tuvo esperando largo tiempo porque no entendía que documentación me tenía que solicitar (soy extranjero residente, no turista). Aunque intenté explicarle, se negó a entender y tuve que esperar a que hablase con sus superiores hasta que finalmente me dio la razón y se disculpó "porque no había visto nunca un documento de identidad como el mío".

Al hacer el check out, de nuevo, trato pésimo en recepción. Pese a estar todo pagado, me retuvieron bastante tiempo hasta que me dijeron que me podía marchar, sin dar ningún motivo. Finalmente, me fui por mi cuenta al carecer de sentido la situación.

No recomiendo este hotel a nadie que vaya a Kumbhalgarh. Ayer por la noche fui a cenar al Radisson, a tres minutos andando, y la experiencia fue muchísimo mejor. Si usted viaja a la zona, por favor elija el Radisson o similar, pero no el Rawla Sagrun, cuyo personal hace que el extranjero no se sienta bienvenido.

Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht im Rawla Sagrun in Kumbhalgarh verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Obwohl das Hotel neu gebaut ist, fängt die Architektur den zauberhaften Stil eines traditionellen Maharadscha-Palastes perfekt ein und schafft eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Unser Zimmer war absolut riesig und mit einem herrlich großen, bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Ein echtes Highlight war der weitläufige Balkon, von dem aus man einen traumhaften Blick auf die umliegenden Berge genießt – ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Landschaft auf sich wirken zu lassen.

Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Auch das Frühstück hat vollkommen überzeugt: Es gab eine große Auswahl, war reichhaltig und bot für jeden Geschmack das Passende.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp in Kumbhalgarh wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Good location and clean rooms, but the poor service and late-night noise were disappointing.

The location was good, the room was comfortable, and the property was clean.

Cons:

The staff behaviour was poor. The kitchen was clearly understaffed, which resulted in slow service, and the behaviour of the kitchen staff was not acceptable. There were also guests making excessive noise at midnight, which seriously disturbed the stay.

Pros:

It is a newly built property and we were upgraded to a suite type room which was good. The staff are freindly and pleasant.

Cons:

The dining room menu was not well prepared with repeated items and most items were not available. This could have been due to small number of guests. One got the feeling that the hotel is more of a destination wedding type place catering for large gatherings. Food quality was average.

The Rawla is a beautiful hotel situated in Kumbhalgarh. It offers scenic views and is conveniently located 15 mins away from major sites including the Fort. The food was a 10/10 and the hotel staff were very welcoming and Kind.
