Pros:

There were cockroaches in my room! I became too scared to sleep because they climbed onto my bed! When we were leaving the staff (consisting of four men) watched my sister and I carry our luggage (some which were heavy) by ourselves and did not want to help. Overall this was one of my worst experiences in a hotel I have ever had!
