Novotel Mumbai International Airport

Excellent hotel with a great ambience. The standard room was spacious with a large bathroom and good amenities. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. Very conveniently located near the airport, with restaurants nearby and a metro station just a 4-minute walk away.

One small area for improvement would be housekeeping, the room looked clean and shiny after housekeeping; however, good amount of dust was noticed under the bed, which could be improved with a little more attention.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

It is the worst service, I’ve ever faced oh they don’t have any courtesy either, and they are not sorry for what is happening if T is going to take 50 minutes. I don’t know what how long the food will take

This hotel has best rooms, food and all the amenities. The bathrooms were clean and everything u need is there. Staff are very polite. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport makes it a convenient choice for business travelers. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and suitable for both short and extended stays. Our group had booked several rooms for a business trip and also organized an event in the hotel’s conference facilities

However, our experience took a very unfortunate turn during one of our transfers. We had booked a hotel taxi (Innova) to visit a business partner. As soon as we boarded, a hotel bus reversed into the stationary car right at the hotel porch. Shockingly, the bus driver appeared to be in an intoxicated state — after the first impact, he attempted to reverse again, this time heading directly toward the middle door where our visiting CRO was seated. All three of us had to literally scramble out of the car from the other side to avoid what could have been a serious accident.

The bus and driver, as we were informed, were either employed by the hotel or by a contracted transport provider. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk, but apart from a formal apology email, no meaningful follow-up action was communicated.

While the property itself is comfortable and conveniently located, this safety lapse has left a lasting impression. It is difficult to recommend the hotel after witnessing such negligence — especially considering that such incidents are unheard of in similar establishments abroad.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights & had a pleasant experience starting from reception where our Room was upgraded to an Executive Room overlooking the Saha’s International AirPort, Room no 826.
The evening high-tea was pretty decent with some interesting snacks & as we had taken the half-board package, we preferred to enjoy the Lunch, which was an amazing spread of Indian & International cuisine.
Some of the dishes were really delicious…Enjoyed the fish & chicken dishes with Matar pulav & freshly baked Rotis!
Tasted a few deserts, inspite of being totally full…

The staff were very attentive to our needs.nothing was beyond their capacity to fulfill. The food was catered for all taste buds what ever their country and culture.
I saw many happy faces.The room spacious and clean. The art work in Lobby blew me away.

I was booked 4 nights and each morning that I landed for breakfast it was just the same no variety like other 5 star hotels, even the fruits were the same.

The spa was ok, but the strange thing is if u book a massage and if we get held in traffic or some other work the massage is not postponed it's charged.

The room allotted to me was in a dirty condition, the linen was dirty with stains all over and the bathroom was dirty.

I had reached early morning and check in time was 3 noon however since I was out I got allotted the room at 10 in the night.

Good hotel

Recent stay at the Novotel Hotel was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The check-in process was chaotic, slow, and poorly managed, with zero coordination between the Front Desk and Reservations team. A special request I had sent in advance was completely overlooked, and the lobby atmosphere felt more like a crowded marketplace than a professional hotel setting.

It was clear that the front office staff lacked proper training and motivation which reflected in their unhelpful attitude and lack of basic hospitality.

That said, there were a couple of positives: the restaurant staff were warm, friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept.

Unfortunately, these positives weren’t enough to make up for the frustrating check-in and lackluster service at the front desk. I hope management addresses these issues seriously, as this is not the standard one expects from an international Accor brand like Novotel.

This is my first time at Novotel Mubai and the breakfast which is very awesome the local food is amazing special thank to Vinit,Lakpa,Pratap,Kustubh and the tea made by Kavita is wao..Will like to recommend the hotel and the staff are all welcoming and happy with the service.

Everything about this hotel was execeptional, from the food to the staff.

Loved the property itself and convenient. Entrance is a but congested and the area around the property is noisy and dirty. When you are inside the place then calm comes back

Fantastic service! The rooms were super spacious and spotless, and the food was just amazing. Don’t miss the dinner buffet, it has so many tasty local dishes to try. The staff were all so kind and helpful, always ready to make your stay easier. Big shoutout to the gym trainer, who really helped me with my workouts and gave me some great fitness tips. Also, one of the restaurant waiters (Gaurav) was awesome, he guided me through the menu and recommended some of the best local food I’ve ever had. Honestly, this hotel made my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend it!!!
