Pros:

Food Taste and Restaurant Staff Behaviour

Cons:

Misbehaving nature of reception one staff (Female) name starting with alphabet “A”on my arrival at 09:00PM on dt. 07-08-2026 who was very rude.

Pros:

The restaurant team, from Manager to Chef to Supervisor and Staff were excellent and made our stay homely. The individual attention, care and can do attitude were simply great. Cheers.

Cons:

Out of the whole lot, there was only one staff who did not fit in...and I was happy to counsel him.

Very unpleasant stay. Not expected such service from an international brand of hotels.

Location is near metro

Cons:

The room was very unclean and unhygienic. The bathrooms were not well cleaned. The floor was dirty. The sofa, cushions, linen were stained.
There were mosquitoes in the room.
Upon requesting for baby crib, no mattress for the baby crib was provided.

雖然只住一個晚上，但是因為離機場近，所以非常方便，適合轉機前的停留。室內空間大而舒適，非常喜歡。

Located in the hub of suburbs, hardly 1 km from T 2 terminal . Rates also good - value for money

The staffer billed the charges in Saudi Riyal without explaining the rate difference loss. Our buyer have to shell out SAR 250 mire due to billing in Riyal

Nice and safe
Pros:

Honestly, it was such a nice and safe experience. From the moment we walked in, the check-in was totally seamless and the staff were just so kind.
