Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed signals: several guests praised the property's cleanliness, but there is a strong negative report of an unclean room (stained linens, dirty floors, unclean bathrooms) and mosquitoes, which lowers confidence.
Service
9.4
Generally excellent — multiple guests praised caring, polite staff and seamless check-in; a few isolated service failures occurred (billing confusion, breakfast incident, missing crib mattress) but most feedback on staff was highly positive.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for proximity to airport/Terminal 2 and metro; guests repeatedly cited convenience for transfers and travel.
Room Quality
8
Generally comfortable rooms with comments about large beds and good space, but occasional serious issues (stains, hygiene problems, mosquitoes) temper the score.
Amenities
9
Strong mentions of lobby, spa area, pool and comfortable facilities; amenities are frequently described positively.
Value for Money
8
Several guests described the rates as good value, though an incident with billing in Saudi Riyal (extra cost) negatively affected perceived value for at least one stay.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Highly positive food feedback: extensive, hygienic, well-received options and attentive F&B staff; one service-related breakfast billing confusion noted but food quality itself was praised.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall mixed but leaning positive: many guests reported excellent stays and praised staff and facilities, balanced by a few notable negative experiences that impacted some stays.
