Short and comfortable stay , staff is very polite and hospitality is outstanding , front office staff is very courtious and accomadating , over all it was nice experience , last breakfast is elobrate and very good , specially allu paratta is yumy !!!

Fantastic place to stay for work & family leisure. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, welcoming staff.
Pros:

We had a lovely experience. Great location, close to airport. Staff was very co-operative at front desk. Wonderful experience at their restaurant Food Exchange.

A truly memorable stay that exceeded all our expectations
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Novotel Mumbai airport hotel was exceptional. The team kindly accommodated an early check-in, which made a huge difference after our long overnight journey. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was beautiful—the bathtub was a real highlight.

The hotel was spotless, and everywhere you walked there was a fresh, welcoming fragrance that made the whole property feel luxurious. The reception team and the guest relations manager (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering excellent recommendations throughout our stay.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options, and every member of staff we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The rooftop pool was fantastic and the perfect place to relax after a day out.

The location is excellent—only about 700 metres from Mumbai Airport—making it incredibly convenient for travellers. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and incredible value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Good and clean hotel with value for money but the hotel could feel crowded.
Pros:

Best part of the hotel was the breakfast which was amazing. Rooms were kept clean and tidy.

Cons:

They lack space obviously closer to airport so common areas always looks cramped with people.

Keep rooms clean specially sofa. We found unnused condom in room
Pros:

The location is very bed. Sofa was smelling. Room light was broken.

Small room. AC was not working properly.

We ordered dal and rice and found not fresh with lots of oil.

The lady at reception took money in Saudi Riyal and conversion rate was bad.

Cons:

While taking payment the staff must explain properly that if they take in INR it will be beneficial rate of exchange wise.
Then let the buyer decide in the high currency he wants to pay
