ГРЯЗНОЕ постельное не СТИРАЮТ, спите на коричневых разводах.НАКИНУЛИ 4000 драмм
Этот отель с момента приезда в него внушает приятные ощущения, красивый фасад, под мрамор входная группа. Первое с чем сталкиваешься это некомпетентность, НИЗКАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ работников, отсюда складывается ощущение БЕЗОЛАБЕРНОСТИ, это начинает раздражать с самого начала. Заселение заняло минут 20, мужчина на ресепшене долго не мог понять как посмотреть бронь, стал копаться в бумажных листах, при том что компьютер перед ним. Это тянулось, он перебирал эти листочки, ничего не понимал( очевидно бронь проходит у других людей) Попросил показать на телефоне. Потом стал соображать цену, очень долго не мог посчитать сколько это будет стоит(ПРИ БРОНИРОВАНИИ ВСЕ УКАЗАНО) В и тоге ОН ВЗЯЛ !!!!!!ДОРОЖЕ! НА 4000 ДРАММ!!!!!!!!!Кое как, все случилось. Мы поднялись в номер, включили свет и ВАУ!!! Нас встречает ПОМЯТЫЕ ПОДУШКИ С ПЕРХОТЬЮ и С КОРИЧНЕВЫМИ ПЯТНАМИ-РАЗВОДАМИ ПРОСТЫНЬ( ФОТО)И все так бессовестно не прикрыто. Даже сложилось ощущение что это какая то гордость. Первое что захотелось, это УБЕЖАТЬ. Но сыграла роль усталость с дороги, по этому ПОПРОСИЛИ СМЕНИТЬ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ. В номер ворвалась маленькая злая женщина, которая плохо скрывала свою агрессию за улыбкой. ОНА НАЧАЛА НЕРВНО СРЫВАТЬ ПРОСТЫНЬ. С такой нервной суетой, как будто я не вгостинице, за свои деньги, а У НЕЕ ДОМА БЕСПЛАТНО. И она, делает одолжение, а тут такая не благодарность. Постельное она ЗАМЕНИЛА НА ДРУГОЕ ГРЯЗНОЕ, С ЧЕРНЫМИ ВОЛОСАМИ. После нервно спросила «ЧТО-ТО ЕЩЕ?»Стало как то до тошноты не приятно, от такой наглости. Поменять постельное на другое ГРЯЗНОЕ!!!!! И спросить что-то еще? Это напряжение осталось на протяжении всего времени пребывания. Спать пришлось одетыми, и накрывать подушки своими вещами, чтобы не тратить деньги на посещение ВЕНЕРОЛОГА. Очевидно, отношение к постояльцам выборочное.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Elion. The hotel was very clean, the room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly. The cleaning service was excellent, and the kitchen was very good as well.

Special thanks to Yura from Reception and Gexecik from the staff for the warm welcome and for always supporting us during our stay. Highly recommended!
