Pros:

This property was not as described in the descriptions. I was expecting a pool and restaurant and spa. When I arrived, it was in a new development. Construction all around. And it was only a single house with rooms. The other amenities were in another house too far away to go to. No one would help take you there and this location was difficult to find.

Pros:

Not at the address listed. Not even at the address given when you call them on the phone, rather you go to a second address, pick up a stranger, who takes you to the property address, all on the absolute worst roads in all of Kigali and likely in most of the rest of rural Rwanda (and I've been on quite a few). Picture is not an accurate representation of the property. First, the toilet didn't work. They came out to "fix" it, but then it leaked all night. No shower, but a jacuzzi tub that didn't work and that didn't come with a stopper anyway if it did work!

Worst stay ever on an expedia property!!!

First of all, the armenities displayed is completely missing. There is no pool, no washer or dryer!

Also, the owner of the property made me pay an additional $69 on the guise that expedia compelled them to. I contacted expedia and they told me to resolve it with the owner. Really shameful!

The power kept going off an on, i was told that i had to limit using the water heater. My sheets and room was not changed for 17 nights!!! I had to beg for a broom and parker to sweep the room at least. I also had to pay the cleaner to wash my clothes.

Breakfast was horrible!!! Never staying here again thats for sure!

Pros:

A vegan friendly chilled atmosphere with an incredible staff, the owner takes you to and from the airport for free, you need a special brand of drink, they get it, plus they have 3 homes all next to each other so if you want to change location just reach out to the owner and he will find a way to make it happen!

Want to make videos, throw a party or just plain swim until midnight?

No problem!

Highly recommend!

Only issue is that they do not have enough information on the internet prior to going there but I think that adds to the pleasant surprise once you get there!
