Pros:

The name of the place is actually Stintino Country Paradise. If one doesn't know that, it would be difficult to find. The property could have been attractive but it lacks basic features such as internet access and bathroom essentials, including toilet paper. For a place that includes over 200 villas and apartment buildings, there is one supermarket and two restaurants. Considering that tap water is not recommended for drinking, some provision of drinking water would have been welcome. Housekeeping may be available for a sizable extra charge. The attitude of staff is generally quite friendly, especially if one speaks the language but some training would not have gone amiss. The check-in and check-out process is very complicated, time-consuming and stressful. Even with all the drawbacks, it is possible to have a nice, relaxing time with family or individually.
