The staff need training on how to help a customer. overall good rooms.
Pros:

The location and rooms are great. but the problem is the staff. ZERO help or smile. As if they don't want us there. guests are an inconvenience.

Cons:

We had a lady and a child in our group. they were carrying the luggage but the Staff who came to show the rooms didn't even help with a single bag.

AN IDEAL PLACE FOR ANY TRAVELLER. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Pros:

1. The room was very spacious with adjoined sitting area with sofa set, teapoy. In addition a table and chair. Another platform for tea making. Plus one more for keeping luggage. A large cupboard with many hangers. Even an ironing stand!
A large and comfortable bed. Two air conditioners etc.
2. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of varieties.
3. The staff was cooperative. We were allowed both early check in and late check out at no extra charge.
Overall a great stay.

Pros:

breakfast was ok not good.

Cons:

After reaching at property they told us booking.com has cencelled my booking which was big distress after long journey.
Then they said if I re book from their app I can get a room. I booked using their app but i did not get same room which I wanted. They do not entertain bookings from booking.com
It is too much noisy and in front of railway station. It is accissible but too much on the road.

Pros:

Overall the property was good. Staff was courteous.Special mention to Muzzamil who helped us and was very kind

Cons:

Hotel needs to make some arrangements when there is rain. We faced this situation and hence providing this feedback for improvement
