Bad experience with rude staff with terrible customer service and kept us hostage to pay the night even tho we told management we had the night at the hospital, due to my uncle being sick.

Nice Stay
Pros:

Hotel has a nice lobby, with a good spacious room. Food was also very delicious overall everything were good. Staff was also very polite and humble , I would like to mention few of them Mr.Avinash (FO), Mr.Gaurang, Ms.Pratigna & Mr.Muzammil are one of them.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Brillaint Hotel, with a good spacious bed room, even a restaurant is having a nice ambience, specially like to mention a staff name Mr.Mehtab Khan from Front Desk who has given me a upgraded room which i have requested if its possible. so he did that without any second thought.

Pros:

behaviour of Mr.Umang and gaurang is very good and he is very helpful . He properly guide me .He is very very qupportive and Mr avinash, pratigna and mehtab guided us to see vadodara places like Mangal Bazar
Surelly i will visit qgqin to Sunday Vadodra
