Great hotel near Tashkent station
Pros:

Well appointed rooms, very helpful staff who assisted us with luggage storage, a lunch box because we had to check out early and miss breakfast. Very well located to station, about a 10 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Habitaciones cómodas y desayuno completo

Cons:

Tras pedir que un taxi nos fuese a buscar al aeropuerto y pagar al taxista (no se nos avisó de que había que pagarles a ellos el trayecto extra) nos pedían que volviésemos a pagarles.
Hicieron volver al taxista a devolvernos el dinero y pagarles a ellos con una comisión del doble de lo que había costado el trayecto.

Отель очень хороший и удобно расположен. Номер был чистым, а при заселении меня приятно удивил очень приятный аромат в гостинице. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный и профессиональный.

Однако есть и небольшие минусы: утром в номер попадают прямые солнечные лучи, а вечером бывает довольно шумно из-за пения птиц. Но это уже дело природы, и исправить это мы не можем. 😀

Satisfied and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast, location is good. The front desk staff Mr Shakhriyor is especially warm and helpful.

Cons:

This is my first stay of 2 nights. I re-visited on 17May after returning from Samarkand. The second check-in made me and wife quite upset and disappointed. I will detail in the feed back of my second visit on 17May.
