Pros:

Très bel hôtel tout proche de la gare et avec un bus qui mène à l'aéroport juste à côté. Il est également proche d'une station de métro pour aller dans le centre de Tashkent.
Personnel très gentil et serviable. Je suis revenu un jour après mon départ car je pensais avoir oublié quelque chose dans ma chambre et ils ont cherché pendant de nombreuses minutes.

Pros:

Думаю это лучшее соотношение цены и сервиса в Ташкенте. Сотрудники приветливые, отзывчивые, но в тоже время не навязчивые. Завтраки отличные с хорошим выбором разнообразных блюд. Расположение у гостиницы отличное. Не в первый раз останавливаюсь и однозначно рекомендую.

A very pleasant stay, with excellent service, comfortable
Pros:

The room was exactly as shown in the photos – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Due to flight delays, we arrived late, but they were very understanding: they gave us the room without any issues, charged us only for the time we actually stayed, and did not apply any no-show penalty. We also really appreciated the option to extend our stay because of a late evening train. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

Minor issue with airport transfer

We didn’t really have any complaints about the hotel itself. The only slightly disappointing point was the airport transfer. We had arranged it in advance and provided our flight number. Although the flight was a bit delayed, no one came to pick us up. It wasn’t a major problem, as it’s very easy to find a taxi at the airport, but the pre-arranged transfer unfortunately didn’t work out.

Отличный завтрак и хорошее расположение!

Cons:

Вайфай не работает, чтобы хоть как то подключится, нужно подняться на 8 этаж к конференц залу. Персонал на звонки по телефону из номера, не реагируют, необходимо идти на ресепшн. В гостинице не работают кондиционеры, в номере температура 29 градусов. Администратор менял мне 2 номера, пока не нашли с работающим кондиционером, отношение персонала, очень не приветливое.

Nice modern hotel with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Good breakfast with almost too much choice! The bed was comfy. Some traffic noise (we were facing the church) but bearable. The gym and pool were only open from 10am which meant we didn't use them. Basement floor has water cooler which is useful for filling water bottles. We were 15 minutes walk from a metro station and very close to the railway station although beware lots of traffic in the morning which makes the journey longer than expected
