Cozy, well-furnished room, perfectly located for visiting London by train
Pros:

This was my first time staying at a Bob W property, and I was impressed. The location near to Paddington station and just north of Hyde Park is excellent for a weekend trip to London. I arrived by train at St. Pancras and departed via Paddington, both of which were very convenient from this location. The room was clean and well-furnished, with lots of small touches that made it feel cozy. I will definitely consider this and other locations in the future.

Cons:

It was a bit warm in the room, but I was visiting during a heat wave and they provided a very useful fan. I was staying on the main floor near the front entrance, and the door was rather noisy with late-arriving guests.

Ładna okolica, dobra komunikacja, jednak system dostawania się do pokoju był dla mnie stresujący.

Świetna lokalizacja. Pokój był schludny i czysty.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się, że otwieranie pokoju jest możliwe jedynie z użyciem telefonu i przy dostępie do internetu. To było bardzo stresujące – wychodziłam na cały dzień i cały czas musiałam myśleć o tym, żeby nie rozładował mi się telefon, ponieważ wówczas nie dostanę się do pokoju. Znacznie lepsze są kody dostępu. Trzeba też mieć świadomość, że pokój w: Lower Ground jest naprawdę w piwnicy (załączam zdjęcie z widokiem z okna). Kontakt jest jedynie z botem przez Whatsappa.

Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe von Paddington Station und Hyde Park ist sehr gut für alle Arten von London-Erkundungen.

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Haus, Zugang zu Haus und Zimmer erfolgen mit PIN; man kommuniziert mit KI. Nachts war das Schließsystem einmal ausgefallen, so dass ich nicht unmittelbar ins Zimmer konnte, aber man hat schnell geholfen.

Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber es eine kleine Küchenausstattung im Zimmer, so dass man sich selbst versorgen kann.

Es war sehr ruhig im Haus.

Cons:

Ich kann nicht sagen: Nicht gefallen, aber an diese Art von Hotel mit sparsamstem Personaleinsatz, KI etc. muss ich mich erst noch gewöhnen.

Wonderful location and the in-room kitceh facilities are wonderful
Pros:

Location is excellent, although it is self check in, if you have any questions, they are answered in less than two minutes. Kitchen facilities in the room is a delight

Ist OK und verlässlich, aber nur für kurze Aufenthalte (Platz und Raumluft)
Pros:

Alles gut organisiert und sicher funktionierend. Sauber, gute verkehrsgünstige Lage in London, Nähe Paddington Bahnhof. Schönes Haus. Schickes CorporateDesign. Ruhige Seitenstraße.

Cons:

Es konnte nicht ausreichend gelüftet werden, man war auf die Klimanlage, bei fast geschlossenem Fenster, angewiesen. Der Raum war sehr eng und damit die Zugänglichkeit zur einen Bettseite sehr eingeschränkt. Kaum Platz um mal einen Koffer zu öffnen.

Staff-less hotel in great location
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Close to Paddington and got the Heathrow express. Flew in early so left our bags at the sister property and then checked in later.
30min walk or easy bus options to get to Oxford street and main attractions
No staff as is an online hotel.
Cute decor with some fun additional items like a gaming console.

Cons:

Small as per most London rooms. No AC which wouldn’t matter normally but it was a heatwave so had to sleep with the windows open.
Hard to get additional into without staff. If you like to have the hotel experience then maybe this isn’t for you.
