Rooms n bathrooms need to be urgently deep cleaned and fumigated.
Big rooms. Good food and 10 mins drive to Har ki Pauri and Chandi Ghat.
Very dated interior, dirty linen/bed sheets/chairs, lot of dust and dirt in room, basin was clogged, broken hangers in wardrobe, untrained and casual approach by staff, the list is long ……

Receptionist male was ok….female staff was rude though
I asked them to arrange a cab for me…the cab driver didn’t switched on the a.c even when the temperature was high in Haridwar then….also the cab driver went away with keys so that I would not be able to use the a.c
