Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Bien que ce fût un court séjour, mon expérience à l'hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le service impeccable, le personnel chaleureux et attentionné, et les installations étaient à la hauteur de mes attentes. La propreté des chambres et le confort du lit ont contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. De plus, la localisation de l'hôtel était idéale. En plein centre d'Akwa et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Merci à toute l'équipe et particulierement au receptioniste du matin pour ce merveilleux séjour!

BEWARE!!!!
Pros:

I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes. Mind you my original invoice was paid in CAD. This is utterly disappointing and pure thief.

Pros:

Vooral de service was uitstekend. Dagelijks werd nagevraagd of alles naar wens was. Ook was de mogelijkheid om dagelijks de kamer schoon te maken. Helaas regelmatig geen goede WiFi bereik.
Toch was plezierig om daar te verblijven. Ik kom graag nog een keer terug.
