Very bad I am writing to formally complain about green garden hospitality, my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for one night, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The room condition was very bad. It was not clean or comfortable. The bathroom was also in poor condition and not properly maintained. In addition, the television in the room was not working properly, which added to the frustration.

Moreover, the behavior and service at the reception were not good. The staff were not helpful or professional, and there was a lack of basic hospitality. Overall, the quality of service and facilities was far below any acceptable standard.

I paid my money expecting a minimum level of comfort and service, but instead my money was completely wasted. This stay caused me stress and dissatisfaction.

I am very unhappy with this experience and request that you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to avoid suc

الغرفة لم تعجبني، و قمت بإخبار السكرتيرة بذلك و قالت لي أنها الغرفة الوحيدة الموجودة، الغرفة التي أعطوني إياها لم تكن في الصور الموجودة في موقع booking ، لقد كانت غرفة غير نظيفة و الحمام متسخ.
بعد ذلك قالت لي السكرتيرة أنه يمكنني الذهاب و أن بإمكانها التواصل مع موقع booking لكي لا يكون هناك إقتطاع.
