I didn't know that the spa was under maintenance

Poor service. No spread in breakfast, limited option. Location although central, it is located behind a vegetable market. The surrounding is not good. Very poor Internet. The facilities which are mentioned to be present are absent ( Sauna, spa, wellness center). Not value for money.
El interés que ponen en que tu estancia sea agradable
La ubicación no es la mejor; aun estando cerca del centro, en la calle en la que se encuentra es un poco desastrada, llena de suciedad procedente de los modestos comercios de la zona. Por otro lado, en el momento del pago, una vez más la información que proporciona Booking en la confirmación de la reserva no es correcta, lo que sumado a ciertos e incomprensibles reparos y condicionantes por parte del hotel, el proceso se torna confuso y pleno de irregularidades

After driving all the way from Siliguri to Thimphu it was a much needed, comfiest stay. It's a shame we didn't get much time to enjoy the rest of the facilities they offer.

Location _ close to the city center
The rooms became very hot during the nights and the cooling system was not yet switched on. The pillows were really thick and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very very basic
Perfect, western style hotel. Large rooms, spa, and restaurant are just perfect for travelers.
The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista.
The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all.
Breakfast offerings varied from day to day to keep it interesting. The kitchen also offered made-to-order eggs every day - omelet, scrambled, fried - as well as boiled eggs on the buffet.

Warm welcome to us. Clean and bright. Modern looking. Felt at ease and comfortable.
The housekeeping staff was attentive. The bathroom lock was faulty but we didn't report. We are surprised to see the lock replaced the evening we returned.
