Pros:

The property was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The night the building lights up and it’s very beautiful

Big disappointment- just pretty from the outside
Pros:

Clean, pretty from the outside

Cons:

No toilet paper- due to company policy! I have never in my 25 years of travelling experienced a hotel that doesn’t provide toilet paper! Blew our minds! Rooms are tiny and organised badly- window blinds allow a lot of light in the room, hard beds. Location, pik2, is depressing and soulless :(

Pros:

Mooie receptie en je word snel geholpen.

Cons:

De locatie is heel ver uit het centrum van Jakarta minimaal uur met taxi. De boulevard in de buurt staat zo goed als leeg, dus bijna niks te doen in de buurt.

Cons:

La gestió de l'allotjament ha estat nefasta. 

Necessitàvem canviar la data a un dia abans perquè l'aerolínia ens va canviar els vols. Després de no entendre'ns per telèfon ni WhatsApp vam anar a l'hotel. Tot i tenir múltiples habitacions lliures a les 8 PM no van voler canviar-nos la data. Ens deien que Booking ho havia de gestionar, però Booking ens deia que havia enviat la petició a l'hotel. Vam haver de buscar un allotjament d'últim minut, car i més lluny.

Són totalment inflexibles i amb gens de ganes d'ajudar, i no parlo de les noies de recepció, que van fer els possibles però els mànagers no els ho acceptaven.
