Modern luxurious hotel with great staff
Pros:

This is a very modern hotel, with everything controlled using a laptop panel, from the lights, curtain to in room dining. The fascilities are new and proper. The staff here go beyond and above to serve us. Everyone with a smile and ready to help. The minibar is stocked everyday. And surprises given to us everyday with turn down service. I cannot be more happy with the location of the hotel. It’s near waterpark and it’s above Don Don Donki and a lot of eateries. Special thanks to Miko at the breakfast area and our butler Kevin and Roland for making us feel at home.

很喜歡房間寬敞明亮，樓底高，環境潔淨。有多款免費飲品及食物提供，且有職員親自送上歡迎小食，味道還不錯👍很貼心。櫃枱及設施職員有禮貌，就連清潔房間的職員也是👍⋯⋯惟一本人認為美中不足的是枕頭並不好用，愈睡愈平，沒有回彈力。另外，洗手間很大，但半夜要上廁所格時，一按燈就只有一個燈掣開啟所有浴室範圍，即時半間房光亮至睡床那邊

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the Epic Tower with the family. The staff were genuine and helpful, they were friendly at check in, and prepared kids amenities for us inside the room after seeing we have kids. The room was beautiful and everything was well prepared, clean and sufficient. The kids had a great time at the bathrub! Location was great, it was right above the water park, playroom, food courts and other hotels as well.

Cons:

There was a water leakage at our bathroom in the morning, but the staff handled it right away and it wasnt too much of a nuisance.

房間很大，乾淨企理，飲品及小食大部份都是免費的，我每次到澳門必定住這裏。

Great one to stay
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the gym and spa experiences in the hotel. Highly recommend!

A hotel that makes us feel at home. Will definitely return to every time we go to Macau.
Pros:

Very friendly and exceedingly helpful staff. Special thanks to front desk staff Daniel Kwan who went out of his way to assist us in getting to the border in time for our return to Hong Kong. The restaurant servers were also very attentive. Food at breakfast is hand-down the best I have ever had at any 5-star hotels around the world!
