Horrible experience
The front desk staff was just so amazing... So yeah, my kids have been through so much, and I never get to do really special things with them. I saved for a year to do a special trip: Magic Kass, DCity and DHotel. Everything was just amazing! My goal is to save money faster and harder to replicate this trip frequently!!

I booked this hotel for an extended stay for my mom, who was visiting me in nearby Maale Adumim, so the location was good.
We had issues not being able to get into the hotel (I don't think anyone was at the front desk one night to let us in) and logistics with the handicapped room, which was difficult for someone with mobility problems to use.
Friendly Staff
The room was clean and comfortable.
The entrance to the hotel was extremely difficult to find. They turn off the air conditioning during the night. There was no bottled water in the room that most hotels in Israel provide.
The room was not clean. The carpet was full of hair and dust and crumbs. And our refrigerator did not work - we put all our food in the fridge for a picnic the next day, and in the morning, we realized all the food was warm and spoiled because the refrigerator wasn't cooling.
Cleanliness was way below standard for a hotel priced this high.
The staff and hotel website were misleading (not honest) most of the food shops and resteraunts have closed down and they told us at check in (not at booking) that there would be a wedding there and we would hear noise in the room till midnight
Later on in the evening they admitted that it would be tremendous noise

very noisy until 4:00 AM due to a wedding on the building
As the hotel is in an industrial area there are no time limits on noise and so the booming music keeps going until 2-3 in the morning. The manager said the music would stop at 12 but every night it goes on late into the morning. Loud booming music and impossible to sleep
