Wolf Creek Village

Beautiful place and definitely somewhere I would consider staying again. In side was very clean and cozy Feeling. Outside was nice but there was trash on the ground around some areas of the facility. When me and my husband arrived there was no one in the office just a brown box with our keys in it that anyone could get into even though we arrived just a few minutes after check in time. Same as when we left there was no one in the office and we just had to leave the keys in the same box we picked up from we were also in the time frame for checking out. There should be a more secure way of leaving keys if they are often out of office when guests are arriving. Overall I would stay again and it was a nice facility

Great condo, older, well priced. Though it was presented as part of a resort with pictures descriptions that didn't exist. I've utilized Expedia maybe 20 times never had this experience. I rented this place for my children, showed them pictures, we were all excited especially them. I attempted to complicate with property management every day for 7 days, left messages, emailed no response. I hope everyone reads these reviews would have saved me Time and Mooney

Great location!

The condo was a little dated and it’s a pain to not be able to use the Wolf Creek Recreation Center but overall it was comfortable, clean and great for the price.

No one was there at check in we went by office the next day twice still no one there. Black hair in shower. Dishes in dishwasher. ALL of the pictures for the amenities are for the property next door that THEY do not have ACCESS to!!! Very deceiving. Not enough towels. (3) for a 4 person room. Pull out bed might as well not have a mattress it was nothing but springs. Very disappointed about the amenities that was one reason I booked. I spoke to the people that have the amenities and they said their manager is upset the property we stayed at keeps using their pictures for their property because clients like my self come there and are not able to use them. I was never able to talk to anyone at the property.

Helpful staff. Had everything we needed. Everyone was very helpful. Will stay again.

The only issue I have is in the advertising. We chose this location for the pool. We found out when we arrived that the pool was 7 miles away and indoors. That was a disappointment but I had not read the reviews so I am leaving this so others know. There was also a bird's nest right outside the front door and the bird flew in and we had to get it out. I have no other complaints which is why I left an excellent review. The owner has no control over the situation with the pool so they do not deserve a bad review for that and the bird well, it was a comical moment after a stressful day and is a great story to tell.

Not sure why we paid for cleaning because wasn’t clean. Dishes weren’t clean. Bunch of wasps in the floor in December.

Property not as advertised. No access to pool/exercise facilities as advertised. Has a musty old smell reminiscent of an 80’s bowling alley. Ended up staying elsewhere and losing the cost of the room as it was part of a package deal.

It was more thn I expected!

It still mentions the amenities online that used to be close by (laundry, pool, gym, etc.) but they are no longer allowed to use these- you have to drive 7 miles to use the indoor recreation area there (just fyi for future bookings). There were also birds’ nests above the porch lights on both the front and back door of the unit I was in so whenever I came or left a bird would swoop down at me. The unit was very spacious and had everything you would need (except toilet paper, I was given less than one roll for three days).

The property details are misleading. Everything shows a pool with a water slide which is not part of the property but part of the neighboring property. Once we checked in we got a note letting us know that we could not use the pool.
