Nice, clean hotel, but lacks staffing for assistance that maybe needed (including security).
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately they did not offer breakfast or a refrigerator.

Cons:

Check-in was automated. (No live person). The phone number at desk did not work. We were lucky that a cleaning person was still onsite (her phone did not work either) and was able to connect to the office via a different method to get us checked in with a key. Automated check-out did not work either. There needs to be someone onsite 24 hours to assist guests. (from check-in to towels to etc.)

Pros:

We loved the easy check-in. The room was quiet and the area nice, with a beautiful view. The room was quite comfy for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Close to Vaduz if you have a car

Cons:

Tv weren't working, the sink was a bit blocked and needed time to clean.

Pros:

The phone key and self check in worked great! The room was large and the gardens and view were beautiful.

Cons:

The only downside was the very thin ceilings. We could hear people walking around above us until late at night. Then someone's phone vibrating on the floor above us woke us up before 6 am.

Pros:

Замечательный вид из окна. Прислали Welcome Adventure Pass, что позволяет бесплатно ездить на общественном транспорте.

Cons:

Бесконтактное заселение: если честно, то система не совсем понятная. Разобраться, конечно, получилось, но не без стресса. И в отеле реально никого не было. Номер не убирали и не выкидывали мусор, пришлось самой просто в пакете выносить и искать мусорку. Вроде как есть какая-то система, как заказать уборку, но было бы неплохо, чтобы эти инструкции были в каком-то общем доступе, например, написаны в номере.
И чтобы какой-то оператор был на связи, например, в WhatsApp.
Дорога к отелю- крутая горка. Если вы на машине, то все замечательно, но ногами это было каждый раз испытание.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bestellt. Leider war nur ein Dopppelbett im Zimmer. Dies war sehr enttäuschend.
