Ideaal gelegen tussen FIH airport en het centrum van Kinshasa. Weinig te beleven rondom het hotel.

Weinig te beleven rondom het hotel. Er is alleen een kleine lobby bij de ingang. Ontbijt is basic maar prima. Er is geen restaurant, eten wordt besteld bij horeca in de buurt, consumeren op je kamer of op het binnen-, buitenterras op de eerste verdieping. Kamers zijn prima en personeel is bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. Uitstekende supermarkt naast het hotel.

L’hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l’aéroport et les commerces. Nous avons eu un souci technique de la climatisation qui n’a pas était résolu, le petit déjeuner commence à 7h, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de prendre le déjeuner car nous sommes sortie avant 7h et l’hôtel ne prévoit rien pour les lève tôt.

Cons:

Nous avons signalé le problème de défaut de la climatisation, ils n’ont pas su le résoudre et il faisait très chaud.Ce souci technique a rendu notre séjour un peu difficile.Mais la chambre était confortable.

Cons:

Un garçon de chambre est venu toquer à ma chambre à 10hrs et quand nous n'avons pas répondu il a ouvert la chambre.
Normalement c'est à 12hrs qu'on fait les appels pour les chambres en départs.
Veuillez sur ça stp, je suis aussi hôtelière et j'étais très étonné de voir ça chez vous.

Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre, je vous donne 1/10 sur ça, veuillez améliorer la qualité et la variété.

La clim ne fonctionner pas bien, plusieurs chaînes ne sont pas disponibles.

Désoler de le dire mais je préfère Aqua Inn
