Rough start finding and getting into our room. We were not informed in advance that the lobby closed at 5. Fortunately
Pros:

Has a nice spa vibe with yoga mat in the room and patio. Large room size and modern updates. Comfy bed. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Hard to find the location. Parking lots not identified as belonging to the hotel property entrance. Office phone did not automatically transfer to the after hours number.
A table with the chairs on the patio would be a plus.

the cats! the swooping birds! the brilliant flowers! the lovely pool! the big jacuzzi with strong jets! the (bit of a) view of San J! location near Indian food!

Cons:

no desk lamp. hair dryer didn't work. baseboards not clean.

Pool and Breakfast
Pros:

The staff members were kind and accommodating. The pool was revitalizing. We loved the breakfast! This hotel has good access to Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Joshua Tree National Park by car.

The Tv in the room was in a weird position very far from the bed and The parking spaces where very small every night when returning to the property it was no room to park

Fabulous place to relax in the desert.
Pros:

Excellent hotel for a visit to Desert Hot Springs. Pools were clean with fabulous water quality. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable and excellent shower. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was much better than I expected. Will definitely return!

Dostępne udogodnienia, parking, niedaleko do Palm Springs i Parku Narodowego Joshua Tree.

Cons:

Podczas pobytu w połowie października hotel był praktycznie pusty. W czasie godzin popołudniowych w hotelu nie było nikogo, nawet obsługi. Czystość pokoju oraz basenu do poprawy. Śniadania były słabe (nie wiem czy to przez niskie obłożenie, czy to dotyczy również pełnego sezonu).

Got a good rate and could take our pet! We'll be back!
Pros:

Both Tracy and Alex were friendly and welcoming staff members. We were there before the holiday, so could check-in earlier and also enjoyed a late check-out. We enjoyed a morning swim and soak all by ourselves! The breakfast choices were more than your usual continental - the cheese omelettes were delicious!

Cons:

There's some construction going on, so there was some kind of "drilling" noise nearby.
