A little bit of work, a little bit of play
Pros:

This boutique hotel is a gem! The room was beautifully designed. I was in the Brown suite. There was great communication from the beginning of the reservation throughout my stay.
Rosario was on site and took excellent care! The location was perfect for a trip that was combining business and pleasure.

Cons:

I really have nothing negative to say about the property or my stay.

I was doing a 6:15am run and our room was perfect walking distance to the pier for the event.
Pros:

we were genuinely surprised at how nice it was. Our experience was exceptional, I've already referred friends

My stay was great and would have been phenomenal if the pool was heated and the jacuzzi was not working . I will return

The location is excellent! The staff really polite. The decor and interior design was very European. I’m French and Italian heritage and I felt right at home. I slept well on the King size bed.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was broken and no one knew when it would be repaired. So I ventured to the Vinoy and paid to use theirs. They said the pool was heated but I didn’t feel any difference in their pool temperature and the heated ones at Safety Harbor Spa or the Vinoy.

The lady who takes care of the property is really nice and sweet, she ensured our stay there was perfect.
Pros:

The property was located perfectly near plenty of restaurants and things to do. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful & comfy staycation at this boutique hotel
Pros:

Beautiful & comfortable room. We stayed in the orange suite. Housekeeper very friendly. Location was great. Lobby was very nice.

Cons:

Parking was unavailable. Had to walk to feed the meter several times.

Tedious reservation and check-in process but excellent location.
Pros:

Quirky hotel with a fantastic location.

Cons:

After reserving a room, I was sent a link to a page that requested me to resubmit all the same information plus uploading pictures of my face and my ID, and signing consent forms. Nearer to my reservation date, I was sent emails and texts stating that action was required, and that I needed to complete these forms again! The hotel staff are not onsite and they did not provide clear instructions about which code worked at which door, etc. There was one cleaning lady who didn't speak English. Overall we felt a little abandoned.
