Great location Really liked how cozy the place was with only a half dozen rooms. Simple to go in and out of, great location, nice heated pool and hot tub. Good beds, great pillows, nice bedding. Very clean. The blue suite had a huge phenomenal shower with great water pressure. Room was small but big enough, king size bed and desk and chair, small fridge. It was on the 2nd floor up easy stairs with a landing midway. The staff member that stays there 24/7 was super nice and accommodating but spoke no English but using translate on mobile phones was easy enough to communicate anything simple. WOULD DEFINATLY RETURN (price depending).

Cons:

Check in was was frustrating because no one answered the door or responded to the ring doorbell or answered the phone number provided in the reservation. When staff did respond there was some communication issues with lack of English. Language barrier wasn't the problem, the lack of instructions/information provided before check in was. At that point it was compounded by lack of English. No door code or instructions was sent to us or even mentioned. After getting in was solved check in was easy but again hampered by language and no instructions. Also they ask you to fill out a form that they should already have filled out and you just sign.

Hot tub was not hot but heats in about 35 mins, the problem is you would need to tell them in advance to turn in on. Which is crummy if you want to pop in first thing in the morning (a reason I stayed there) Or before bed.

AC in the room is an mobile unit on wheels that stows under a cupboard it works fine but it loud. The place would be served well using mini splits that are nice and quiet. We stayed during a cooler month and the AC did the job but it was on the whole time and again on the loud side forcing you to turn up the tv if you wanted to watch something.

No ice maker but if you ask they will get you some ice from a freezer they have in their office/laundry. And that's only during open hours. A small ice maker could be easily added to the coffee area.

I'd also like to see an (decent) espresso machine. And although they have a selection of wines for sale they don't have offer any other drinks aside from waters. Offer a few snacks and drinks for sale.

If it weren't for the above issues I would rate it "excellent". Make Check-In smoother and this place is the bomb!

Every thing. Family owned which you can tell the attention to detail and care was put in . Pool and spa is amazing .

You get: bad experience and potentially stolen identity
Cons:

There is no stuff on premises AT ALL.
They force you to upload photo of yourself and your id to some random website.
You (as we did) may potentially stuck in front of the door, waiting for someone to connect remotely to the door bell and instruct how to get inside. The phone number, that provided on the booking.com is also no-op (at least nobody picked up when I called it many times trying to get into the hotel)

Great time!
Pros:

We absolutely love the property and so quaint. We will absolutely be back. The hotel staff/owner was so accommodating and text/emailed with all updates. I would highly recommend. ❤️

Cons:

Parking is tough as there are only a few spots however the location is small and quaint so should not be an issue.

AMAZING! Want to be back :)
Pros:

This is the best property I have been in America so far! I moved here and I missed the quality and the approach of a boutique hotel I used to have in Brazil and even other places in the world. Prestige Hotel offers a beautiful space, an excelente customer service and facilities such as pool, spa, even a small gym, that will make your days special! I met the owner and the care he and his wife have about the place is something you can tell once you are there! Also the staff, specially Hugo, a very gentle and nice professional, always available to help and to make our stay more comfortable. I LOVED it and will be back for sure!

The fact that I cant live there. Is is EVERYTHING PERFECT!
