Pros:

location was perfect for our purposes. very friendly owners. caretaker was very attentive to details. property was clean. Shower was great.

Cons:

room could have been a bit bigger but the common area was very nice for relaxing outside the room.

Perfectly perfect and absolutely fabulous in every way!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!!! This hotel was perfectly perfect in every way shape and form. The location, property, room, decor, esthetic, design, staff, service - I could go on for days but words are not sufficient.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, Fl. The bed was comfortable and the host Mike was gracious and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for our short New Years eve stay.
