Pros:

In der Woche war kein Lärm auf der Straße und wir konnten Schlafen. Bad & WC ist separat. Bei der Schiebetüre hatte man unten auch einen Halt versucht, hinzuzufügen. Darum drehte sie sich nicht mehr nach außen, wie beim ersten Aufenthalt. Kabelfernsehen und die sozialen Medien wie YouTube waren vorhanden: ausgezeichnet! Für Pop-Art-Liebhaber ist alles mit Bildern ausgeschmückt.

Cons:

Ein Platz für einen zweiten Koffer zum Auflegen wäre schön.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in zentral gelegen ('downtown' steht sogar im Namen). Es hat zwei Aufzüge. Das Zimmer war groß genug mit Kabelfernsehen. Bad & WC in Ordnung. Wem Pop Art gefällt, kommt auf seine Rechnung. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos, was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. WiFi ist kostenlos vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Krachmacherei kennt am Wochenende keine Grenzen: Rücksichtnahme scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Es ist an der Zeit, die Schallisolierung dieser Gegebenheit anzupassen. Die Schiebetüre zum Bad & WC sollte auch unten befestigt sein. Ich reise öfters; trotzdem war es hier das erste Mal, dass Kalt- & Warmwasser aus dem blau- & rotmarkierten Wasserhähnen kam. Dass das Hotel wegen der nur für den öffentlichen Verkehr zugängliche Straße keine eigene Garage hat, ist verständlich. Aber das wir USD 37,5 für den Parkplatz (für einen Tag) zahlen mussten und keinen Parkschein vom Hotel bekamen, kam uns befremdlich vor. Vielleicht ist dies dort gang und gäbe. Eine Tasse Kaffee in der Bar am Morgen ist umsonst, am Abend $ 9,75.

Will never choose again
Pros:

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect.
My flight was canceled so I booked last minute. The hotel accommodated me.
Let me borrow a charger to charge my devices, but no usb/ c plugs in the room.
Complimentary drink was a good touch and I accepted it.
Staff was helpful, although when I inquired about a CVS to get essentials 1st rep said I had to Uber because of was a 15 minute ride. 2nd rep said I could walk. It was literally a 10 minute walk.
The location was central. I enjoyed a great coffee shop and later the restaurant next door.
Public art in the neighborhood is amazing.

Cons:

Comforter had hair on it. (I'm bald). This was very disgusting. I asked staff to come replace it.
Towels old, scratchy, thin. Very old and used.
No modern outlets for electronics. Not one USB/ C outlet in sight.
I had to purchase essentials that most hotels give as a compliment.
Mattress was hard.
No fridge to store my leftovers
No microwave to hear my food.

Pros:

The location was the best part about the hotel.

Cons:

Our room had an old sunflower seed on the floor when we arrived. The lower level smelled like the sewer. The walls were so thin we could hear the guest next door to us. We could hear their conversations, their phone going off, them showering, zipping up their luggage, and we could even hear them spraying perfume. It was as if they were in the same room with us.

All in all, the location served its purpose to be within walking distance of theaters.
Pros:

Good location, near Market Square and within 4 blocks of theater district. Friendly staff

Cons:

It is on Main Street which means that you can hear the Metro train 24/7. There is a bar and busy restaurant right next to the entrance.

Hotel was perfect location and good value
Pros:

Location was the main reason we selected this hotel. Location provided easy access to the events and activities we did. Compared to other Moxy hotels - food selection was parse and we did not eat there.

Cons:

Lobby/Bar area had loud music which made it hard to hear the representative during checkin. A lot of noises especially doors shutting through the night which seemed especially loud.

Stupidly loud so you can’t sleep and bathroom doors don’t slide fully closed
Pros:

Decor was okay. Beds pretty comfy and good location.

Cons:

Noise. The hotel insist on trying to turn the front bar into a nightclub playing excessively loud music into the street until the early hours making trying to sleep difficult. Also the bathroom doors don’t close so if you share a room you have 0 privacy in the bathroom
