Really like the hotel but had a bad start.

When we arrived our room had been given away. We had called twice that day and evening to tell them we would be in late and they said we had until 2:00 am… we arrived at 1:30 am due to accident on the drive in we were stuck in traffic. We had 2 kids and myself and husband. We had reserved a queen suite with two queen beds and sofa bed. Coming in that late and being told we didn’t have that room was not good. They apparently said they discounted but they said they did $15 and then apparently a $50. To me the room should have been even more discounted as we contacted them twice that evening and were there before the time they would have given our room away. We ended up that night after driving for 10 hours in a king room with sofa bed for four of us. The kids had to share a sofa bed and they are older kids so it wasn’t really large enough. We were exhausted and it was a shame as we have stayed there before. They did move us the next day but we were there for a family wedding and had activities we needed to be at and we ended up waiting to get our new room. Fortunately it wasn’t too late but was around 10:30 or 11:00. The rest of the time was fine but just very disappointing as we have never had issues at this hotel.

Wonder hotel. Clean, great place. I will be staying there again.
Pros:

It’s centered in a market that has shops, restaurants and cinema.

Cons:

We had a do not disturb sign on the door and the check out was 11 am. At 9:00 am and 9:45 am we had knocks on the door from housekeeping. I wish they would have read the sign.
