It was the first time i stay there. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the location, to arrive and leave very convent.
I have family in Stockton, it wont be the last time.

The breakfast is actually quite decent, and I would love to see it presented in a more appealing way.
The dining area feels cozy, and the staff is impeccable. The front desk team was attentive, and that is truly appreciated.
The hotel’s location is excellent and very strategic. The building is new, and they even display a personalized welcome message on the TV, which is a very nice touch.
We arrived late and extremely tired, knowing we had a demanding workday ahead of us. When I opened the bed, I realized the sheets had not been changed. I actually found a black hair, and my hair is silver… I double‑checked, but the level of disgust, combined with the exhaustion, was overwhelming. I ended up sleeping fully dressed, with a hat on, on top of the bed cover.
I couldn’t help thinking: so much work and effort goes into running a hotel, and yet when you finally arrive to rest, the room doesn’t even have clean sheets. Calling someone that late, knowing we had to wake up very early, wasn’t worth it. But I learned my lesson. They earned the cost of the night and all the fees, but they certainly lost a customer, because I would never return to that hotel.
After posting this review, the General Manager, Mr. Doug Johnson, reached out to me personally. He acknowledged the issue with sincerity and professionalism, took full responsibility, and ensured a proper resolution. I appreciate the way he handled the situation and the follow‑through provided. For this reason, I have updated my rating from 3.0 to 4.0.
