Would book it again.
Pros:

Hotel is pefectly located in Chelsea with nice, functional rooms. We had an amazing view while our room was on the 32nd floor. Overall great hotel with good housekeeping.

Cons:

We were charged to storage our luggage at the departure day which I would consider as a free of charge service for this hotel price level. However this is maybe NY and the only minor negative aspect.

Sehr geehrtes Team,

ich möchte mich herzlich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel bedanken. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen – alles war top und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ich möchte lediglich eine kleine Anmerkung machen: In unserem Zimmer hat ein Schminktisch mit Spiegel gefehlt. Das wäre eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.

Abgesehen davon war alles hervorragend, und wir würden Ihr Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

It was a nice experience.

I stayed in the king room with a city view. The window and view wasn’t anything like the picture. The tap water wasn’t clear. But everything else was fine.

Pros:

Ubicacion , habitacion, camas confortables, buena vista,el persona es muy amable

Cons:

El desayuno muy malo, cada mañana te entregan una bolsa con un iogurt, una barrita, un bollo industrial y un zumo, no vale el precio y siempre es lo mismo, los mismos sabores, podría ser mucho mejor
En la zona de desayuno faltan vasos , servilletas .. si las pides el personal es muy amable, pero debería estar más preparado el entorno
Aunque lo pone en la reserva, hay que pagar la custodia de las maletas el dia del checkout, 6 $ por maleta y 3 $ por mochila, con lo caro que es el hotel esto debería ir incluido con el precio, nunca me había pasado, en otros hoteles en Nueva York de otras veces que he ido no me cobraban la custodia de maletas

Klein, eng aber wir haben uns arrangiert und der Ausblick hat überzeugt :)
Pros:

Die Aussicht war hervorragend, man konnte die Stadt gut überblicken. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch so war es recht angenehm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren Mini klein und man hatte keine Ablage für große Koffer, alles sehr eng. Und die Dusche nur mit einer Glastür. Wenn man sich da nicht so gut kennt, kann das auch peinlich werden wenn der andere einen beim duschen zu schaut.

Pros:

Wie gebucht, ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Stadt. Es war einfach perfekt! Sehr sauber und sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Im Bad könnte man mehr Möglichkeiten zum ablegen und aufhängen von Handtüchern haben. Sonst perfekt.
