De locatie was top

Cons:

De airco/verwarming werkte niet goed waardoor we de eerste nacht aan het koukleumen waren. Maar de volgende dag wel een mobiele verwarming gekregen

Perfect for a father & son who needed somewhere clean & comfortable to stay in mid town

Perfect location, clean, comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of fresh towels & able to access my Netflix Account on room Tv

Cons:

No enclosed wardrobe & very limited hanging rail & hangers for two people-totally in adequate to be honest & No drawers at all-so really inadequate clothes storage

the hotel is good; the Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

the breakfast option was anything but good, the don't have veggie options, and the there was a lot of items missing when we went to request our breakfast. i requested the option to cancel from my reservation but the charge for it saying that they cant do it because the reservtion was made with booking.

It was lovely, location is great, beds very comfortable, room walls are paper thin though.

Location, was very clean rooms and comfortable beds

Cons:

The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours talk like they were in your room, outside noise pretty clear as well.

As we were staying for a week, we missed some more hangers, part of the clothes had to stay in the luggage for a whole week, there was just a lack of closet space. Nowhere to hang the coat.

Perfect for Manhattan tourism
Pros:

Fresh and clean. Excellent location with walking distance to Times Square and Central Park (and we even walked all the way to Ground Zero). Excellent view from 26th floor.

Cons:

Service at the reception. We were three guests and had booked with breakfast included. For some reason they would only give us breakfast for two. I verified with booking.com, but the reception staff still would not give in. Luckily, the kitchen staff had no problem serving all three of us.

Six days prior to our visit, the hotel introduced a luggage storage fee. When I booked and paid for the hotel, this was included and I figured they should therefore store it for free, but they did not agree. Only $15, so no big deal, but out of principle I think they should have been generous.

The breakfast was not extraordinary: you could choose from a biscuit sandwich, waffles and some other similar dishes, with coffee or tea to drink. But I guess this is the normal US breakfast and what is to be expected.
