Gute Unterkunft für 2 Nächte
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 3 Tage New York, da sie sehr zentral gelegen ist. Das Zimmer mit Küchenzeile im Zimmer (obwohl nicht genutzt), war schön und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war immer sehr überfüllt. Es gab leider nur verpackte Donuts oder Muffins, viel Plastik und wenig Frisches. Hier hat man sich eher gefühlt wie in einem Hostel. Frühstück im Schnell-Durchlauf.
Die Funktionalität des Aufzugs fand ich persönlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Lift mit 32 Stockwerken erfolgt nach Klickreihenfolge und nicht nach Reihenfolge der Stockwerke… , statt dessen bei Überfüllung des Lifts, das Treppenhaus zu nehmen ist nicht zu empfehlen.

I like the aesthetics of the hotel and my room. The staff was courteous and nice.

Cons:

The toilets did not flush properly. The shower system was overly complicated. There was a dog barking all night. I could not sleep.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was great! Chelsea is a fun neighbourhood to be in. The hotel is located near a subway station but it's also within walking distance to many food/drink spots, as well as other neighbourhoods. The staff is super friendly and responds fast to requests! We'd definitely come back!

Not applicable. There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel.

Cons:

I booked the city view room and paid more for it and the view was terrible, unlike what was shown in their pictures. Talked with the receptionist and she said you are on the 19 floor this is a city view!!
