Suburban Studios San Angelo near Convention Center

The dinner was so good at the resturant and there was an awesome band playing. The owners were so nice and I had an absolute blast. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and most importantly the beds were comfy. My room had a full size fridge and cook top which I didn't use since I was there one night. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very professional and courteous

Rooms had a smell, toilet water issues, room phone didn't work,issues with tv, bathroom floor slick my brother slipped and busted his head. My wife called for manager and never received a call back. Could be a nice place just needs better management.

Staff was rude, unexpected cash deposit and still held my card for incidentals. I have stayed at this facility several times and never had to put up a $150 cash deposit, had to use their ATM to get cash and they charged me $4.00 to do that. Manager and staff were rude and said they had to walk my room with me when I check out before I can get my cash back. When I checked out the desk clerk was rude and talked to me like I was her child. She would not let me walk with her to inspect my room. She told me to stay in the lobby. I will not ever reserve a room here again especially after how much I have spent in the past staying here.

Our rooms were dirty restrooms door knobs didn't work sheet was dirty on one of the beds and they tried to say it was us that did it the rest of the staff was good and also had trouble with One of our room keys not working had to get them reprogram every time I tried to use them

Terrible experience! First off, the front desk guy John was incredibly rude. We were there to check in before 3 (which was check in time) but didn’t get into a room until almost 6. They closed the pool early one night because they said it had been a long day. The worker John refused to let us talk to a manager. The breakfast was non existent over an hour before breakfast was ending. Then, to top it off I saw one of the pillow cases coming off the pillow which exposed DISGUSTING pillows with urine and blood stains on the mattress. I am beyond disgusted. The place is just nasty all around. The carpet in the room is filthy and sticky. Take my word, you will regret it if you stay here.

Great service

The shower curtain was nasty had to call front desk to get them to come change it. The fridge made a horrible noise the whole time and the tv never worked.

Sheets were dirty and stained. TV in the room did not work and the A/C wouldn’t cool.
Pool was “closed for renovations” which none were happening at all

Everything was excellent but Pool was closed. That's only thing that sucked.

Very welcoming stay

Was ok, motel was nice, friendly staff, but no swimming pool when we got there, and they did not service our room after the first night

Room were cramp poorly maintained, noisy appliances.

Comfortable beds. Nice pillows. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice TV for entertainment.
Pool and hot tub currently closed for repairs.
Kitchenette does not come equipped with anything. If you plan to cook bring your own pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.
Nice sized refrigerator and freezer.
Lots of available parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe area.

We arrived late the front desk guy was kind but the morning girl was not really friendly I told her my restroom was dirty with old use toilet paper ask if she had any toothbrush she was like no we don’t and for the room
Being dirty she was like okay I was like k have a bless day other than that it was okay only stay there 7 hours

The bed was hard bathroom wasn't clean, hair on the floor. Blow dryer didn't work
Breakfast was pretty good. Gym room has a really bad chemical smell. Would not stay here again

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the indoor pool, corn hole, breakfast and beds were comfy!

Room was not ready at check in. Tv wasn’t working, water leaking and tub wouldn’t drain. Wouldn’t stay here again, ever!
