Multiple reviews note rooms and public areas were clean and sanitary; some isolated issues reported (dirty shower, bathroom floor, desk with food, pilled sheets) but overall cleanliness was described positively.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, pleasant, quick to respond and helpful; a few reports of unprofessional behavior at check-in (staff smoking) but service sentiment is overall strong.
Location
10
Location praised as convenient (close to attractions, easy parking) though a number of guests reported noise from nearby traffic, trucks, and a Dunkin' drive-through.
Room Quality
10
Many guests liked room size, comfortable beds and storage, walk-in showers; however complaints include squeaky beds/box springs, poor pillow quality, low shower pressure and occasional unclean fixtures.
Amenities
10
Amenities (parking, security, modern features, pool) are generally adequate; issues mentioned include elevator floor wet from pool use and limited breakfast hours.
Value for Money
10
Several guests felt the price did not match their experience (breakfast and bedding concerns, cleanliness issues for some), making value perception below target.
Food and Beverage
10
Consistent negative feedback about breakfast: cold or hard items, poor replenishment, staffing unable to keep up, limited hot options and early stop time for breakfast service.

Pros:

Lovely, spacious room with everything I needed.

Cons:

The Breakfast buffet was out of sausage and potatoes and egg puffs at 8:30. This created havoc during what should have been expected to be the busiest part of breakfast. No one wants this hassle at breakfast and it's easily prevented.

Pros:

Location was great. Can’t speak of the breakfast- don’t normally eat on am.
However, 24 hour coffee station could us some sprucing up 😁

Cons:

Because of wear to the facility!!! I have a bit of OCD when it comes to cleanliness and noticed a few imperfections in the elevators, and bathrooms. I under stand that staff have a lot to do and clients may not be respectful to your property - but attention to detail is imperative. Water leaving shower getting behide wall board causing grim and unpleasant sight, toilet flushing system seemed a bit gross to be.
Again I understand I may be different than others and I wasn’t totally turned off!
