Very clean, new location. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is new and very welcoming. Rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. It had a nice outdoor pool and covered patio. I would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and so clean. Crystal at the front desk went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and made special accommodations for us to arrive early & to keep our party together for the stay. 100+++++!!

The breakfast needs a little improvement

First off, I've stayed here before and loved it last time. That is why I booked here this time. This time we noticed the toilet wouldn't flush. It was late, and we were ready for bed, so I figured I'd call in the morning. In the morning I called the front desk twice. Nobody answered either time. When we went down for breakfast I stopped by the front desk. First thing he told me was it wasn't him who didn't answer because he just came on shift. Next he said that maintenance was off on weekends so he couldn't call them, which doesn't fix the toilet problem. At breakfast, almost all food was out. What was there was not good. But the worst was that trash was piling out of the trash cans. People were setting there trash next to them due to no room. This will be my last time staying there.

Best place to stay in the Jackson Rigeland area.

Very clean - Wonderful staff that take pride in their work and were friendly/helpful - Quiet environment despite being just off the freeway - Even the pool was clean and the water warm - Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend them

Very nice

This is a relatively new property. I feel it is very well designed. The room was comfortable, pretty much clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean but needed maintenance. The shower head rotated when trying to adjust and the shower handle was very close to falling off in our hands. All minor but still needs to be addressed. I would suggest to potential guests to get a room in the back or East side of the hotel to avoid the Interstate traffic noise. I requested a room on the back and the clerk nodded and gave us a room on the noisy side. May not have been her call but I feel she could have addressed my request with some other response than just a nod.
