Quiet enjoyment
Pros:

Liked the newness of the the property. Everything was nice and clean. It was quiet, and it was in a great location. Friendly efficient staff made the stay enjoyable

Cons:

Perhaps a slightly better breakfast. It was decent for what it was, so no biggie
