I always stay here to come visit my daughter.
Pros:

Nice and clean area. Staff is amazing and nice .

Most comfortable beds I’ve had in a while and amazing staff.
Pros:

Very clean and secure. Staff very helpful and courteous. Air conditioning was the best, the heat was bad but our room was nice and cold.

Cons:

Was only able to get few channels and the shower would not drain water fast enough. Bathroom got flooded, good thing it was a accessible shower which had a second drain

This hotel was not up to the standards that I have come to expect from Best Western.
Pros:

Breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was the only thing working properly.

Cons:

The air didn't work, tv had limited channels, and staff didn't answer when I called from the room. They didn't carry any fans and didn't offer to change me to another room. I thought the air was down in the entire hotel, but I was wrong. Management kept saying they were waiting for someone to come fix the air...no one ever came.
